Good morning gang! How is everyone?I hesitated to post this morning because I have nothing new or exciting to post about. It's another day of birds for me.In between a run for groceries.A thrill a minute, huh?

Think I will try to get a walk in sometime.Suppose to be fairly nice today. Then our string of 80's goes away and it even goes down to 58 one day.I'll try to contain my weather whines:)

Anyone have special plans for today?Deb, good luck to Katie today.Rhonda, I was sorry to hear Tims stomach is still bothering him.Hope he feels better soon.Donna ,hope you're feeling better and that DH is doing ok too.

Ok, as usual I'm running behind!Hope everyone has a relaxing enjoyable Sunday.

Miss P

I don't want to take a rest day from working out yet, but I should pull back today. I think I'll do some stretching instead, along with abs work.

Got church this morning, will make dinner afterwards. Have to make some appetizers for the kids' choirs - they've got their "Spring Show" tonight at 6:00pm. The two older choirs put on a play ("Holy Moses" - has nothing to do with the comedy from years ago), and the younger kids, Allison's age, have a "concert". Pretty cute last year! After the show, there'll be goodies in Fellowship Hall.

Good morning Pattycakes & everyone. It's rainy here again but that's ok. I can deal with warm rains it's just those cold ones that get me down.

I'm feeling pretty weak today - probably because I really haven't been eating much since Tuesday. I did get on the scales this morning and they showed a significant drop. Still have a little more to lose, but I want to get in more exercise & a little more food this week! Tonight is the last night I take my chill pill for the month so I bet my appetite returns, LOL!

I better make a beeline for the shower, eat breakfast & get to SS. Then it's back home for a start on Spring Cleaning!

Rhonda, I hope Tim feels better soon. Donna, take care of yourself this weekend and rest.

Have a blessed Sunday everyone!

Good Morning,

It's a beautiful sunny day here in NY although a little on the chilly side. A lot of running around to do this morning and need to get the vaccum out today as the dust balls and dog hair are definitely way ahead of me. The laundry is overflowing. And the bills are all piled up. So I guess that's going to be most of my day. I was hoping for a sit around do nothing day but not seeing that happen. I've had some sort of workout the past 6 days so I think I'll take a rest today.

Donna hope those antibotics are doing their job and hope your DH hasn't caught it. Rhonda, sorry to hear Tim is still not feeling right, and how is your dad doing?

I'm off and running. Hope you all have a Superb Sunday!

It's going to be a yardwork day for me today. I desperately need to get the vegetable garden in. Not to mention the boys are driving dh and I crazy with their squabbling this morning, so the best place for them is outside!!!

I'm on the last day of SBD Phase I today. I'll weigh tomorrow and see just how much I actually lost. I'm going to really take it easy adding carbs back in this time.

I've got oodles of little annoying things that I need to get done too! I think I need to start a big list of 15 minute projects!

Have a great Sunday everyone. It's beautiful, sun and warm here.

Hi, everyone! Another lazy day south of Boston. I'm not enjoying feeling so sluggish. I really need to work out, but I'm still feeling the three Ws - weak, woozy, and (a bit) winded . The meds are helping - the cough isn't so fierce, but my head is still so stuffed I can't hear. DH is marginally better than I am, but his symptoms are mimicking mine. I think we need some serious chicken soup!

We did manage to get all the stuff over to my ILs' church for the rummage sale next week. The people who organize those proceedings amaze me - you should have seen the chaos at the church hall. Everything will be labeled, price-tagged and ready to sell next Saturday, with an auction of better items on Friday evening.

Just going to read and keep my feet up for a bit longer. Dinner is whatever makes it out of the fridge and into the microwave. Or chicken soup. Lots of it....

Dad is doing pretty well, thanks. He keeps on trucking in spite of all the things that have happened to him, and Mom is such a great caregiver.
