Well it is Monday and what does the week ahead hold for you? Are you starting fresh? Any new challenge you want to tackle? Do you have a 15 minute project in store for today? I was thinkink maybe since we are coming to the end of the month we can come up with a new goal for the Month of May. Remember we totaled how many steps we took each day? Can we each look to drop a pound or two this month.........any ideas?

Thanks Rhonda. I haven't been totally faithfully to Phase 1 this time, like I did the last time. I had Cannelloni one night, and some wine another night and the fruit from yesterday. I'm not in any big hurry to start adding a bunch of stuff back in. Maybe some fruit this week. I'm really going to make an effort to stick it out this time though.

I *do* feel better when I'm thinner, both physically and emotionally. I know it's vane, but I don't feel good about myself when I'm overweight and my clothes don't fit me properly and I'd be lying if I said otherwise! Plus, I would truly love to get my cholesterol in line and I think being at a healthy weight would be beneficial.

It is a battle, but I'm determined to win!

Have a goo day!

Thanks Sassy! But see, I look at all of you that are able to get your workouts in and admire you sooooo much! I'm slovenly in that department!

Thanks Kat! I'm feeling really positive at the moment and just happy that I managed to make it through the two weeks. The last time I threw in the towel. Now the trick will be to see it through until I reach my goal weight by my birthday in August!

Hey, 4 lbs. is nothing to sneeze about!! Congratulations to you, too, Rhonda! We (& I'm including Shar) really don't have much to lose so 4 or so lbs. a month is great also! I'm not on SBD, but I think eating more veggies, fruits & good protein & eliminating those bad carbs have helped me shed 5 lbs. this month.

Ok, here's to another month of good eating & we rock!!!

Rhonda - I must be semiconscious and missed this during a swoon. 4 lbs is nothing to sneeze at. And who cares if it's water loss or fat loss - it's a measurable decrease. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Lori. I found it much, much easier this time. So much of my eating is habit. I reach for things without thinking. Having done this once, I didn't have to stop and second guess myself everytime, or read labels all that much either. I know what I should and shouldn't be eating! I think the other big thing for me was that I allowed myself to cheat a couple of times, but didn't throw in the towel. They were conscious decisions and so it was easy to just pick up where I left off.
