The board had so many great posts on it today!Loved reading about the success that some are having and loved the question Booty put to us.

So had did your day go?Did you get what you hoped for accomplished.Meet or surpass some goals?

I ended up doing the workout I had posted about; 10 mins running, 10 mins of step. I did it for a total of 50 mins.I really went for it on my running and took over a minute off my usual mile.I was so pumped by that that I decided to tackle some housework. And I got lots of work done in CL.Food was really good today.I need a month of days just like today!

Hope everyone elses day went well.Looking forward to hearing about it.

Great minds that must think alike! Either that or we're both looking for someone who did something fun and exicting so we can both live vicariously through them! Or maybe we're both looking for someone who's hogging the sunshine!

Well the work day is over and I actually think I left the office at 4:59 because I just couldn't answer one more phone call today! Very busy day at the office and I'm going to say it...the rain just gives me fog brain. But the day is done...well except for the laundry that I need to do so that I have something to wear to work tomorrow and a pair of socks that match would be a nice added touch.

Other than that I did get a workout in this morning. Eating has been very good and lots and lots of water to drink.

Guilty! It was 91 while I was waiting to get Rob from school, and we never did get the rain despite some clouds this afternoon.

It was pretty hot here today and somehow I managed not to get much done except to run around. Did a little laundry, some dishes, and some watering. Discovered that my buddy also has a little buddy or an offspring, younger sibling, etc. It was out in the dwarf hollys between my neighbor's and my yards. Geez! They must've spread the word, and it's like a resort for snakes out there.

I picked Rob up from school and took him for his eye dr. appt. He got his contacts. The dr. said his eyes are doing very well, thankfully. Kat, his are the Acuvue 2 type. He "talked me into" taking him to

Busy, busy, busy day today................just getting ready for bed actually. I had so much work to do today that I skipped lunch. Bad idea I know, but my boss had me loaded with stuff and I was afraid I was not going to get it all done. Working every other day has its draw backs. This morning about 10 minutes before I was leaving for work, Bill called me and told me the contractors were coming around 1 to install the attic stairs. We had been after this guy all winter, and now he decides he can do it. Man, I had to put stuff away, and cover everything in my bedroom. They did a decent job cleaning up but there was still tons to do. I feel like I worked another job when I got home. Ran the vacume cleaner upstairs, dusted the dressers, did like 4 or 5 batches of laundry. Cooked dinner, and had to help Katie with all her school work. No workout today but I did eat well. Tomorrow I am off and as soon as Katie is gone I plan to get my 2 to 3 miles done.

Great sounding workout, Patty! I need to try that someday! Congratulations on taking over a minute off your mile time!!! You're right about a month of great eating - it does wonders. Only way I can lose the lbs. is to be consistent until all that I want off is gone.

I had a great day of eating and even though I'm having a rough go with that visitor (she's been here since last Tuesday!!!!) I'm pumped because I have lost 5 lbs. since last Tuesday & I don't care if it is water! I'm ready to get the rest of this weight off of me before summer so I'm ready to make every day a great eating day. I hope to get up early for a workout tomorrow, so off to bed for me.

I did NOT feel like working out. It was raining pretty hard at the time I'd wanted to do my sprints, and I found some organizing to do. So I didn't work out ... until 8pm. And then I was super-glad I did because I had a good one. Full UB/LB workout with abs.
