Good Morning.
Everyone ready to start the day? DH has been home the last two days. Like that in the morning. I'm sipping a Starbucks coffee thanks to him.
What's on the workout agenda for the day? Food and water - make 'em count.
I'm going to pound some pavement with DH. Hit the abs. Then it's a shower, Walmart, Staples and the office for the rest of the day so that DH can get some work done (which is why he's home today!).

It's overcast and windy here even though it's about 70 already. Maybe we'll get that rain today...
I have my last accelerator session at Positive Changes this morning. The CD's help, but I will always be a carb craver. Despite them and the SBD, I still want Pop Tarts and the like!! I was going to work outside today to get those 3 new plants in, but I may be FORCED to work inside before it's condemned. I need a convertible house, so the sun can shine in and energize me to do all the inside

My plans for today are not to kill myself......now that is a joke. I will throw my sweats on this morning when I run Katie to school. From there I need to run to the bank then back home for a walk on my treadmill. Our weather is supposed to clear as the day continues, but for now its damp, and foggy. After my walk, the showers, some laundy and beds, and then heading over to my old school. Need to find out if then sent some money back I did not use on my financial aide. About $4,000 worth, and heck I aint paying for that. While there lunch with a friend who is training to be a court stenographer. Hit the cable company to pay my bill then home. OK, I am already beat........lol. Katie has riding tonight at 6 so that will be another trip out later. I think hambergers on the BBQ with some grilled portabella mushrooms sounds good for dinner with a nice side salad. Well my day is planned, lets see if I can pull this off.....lol. I'm feeling more awake now that I'm off of those chill pills and rarin' to go to lose even more lbs. The clothes are looser and I'm psyched! My meals and snacks are all planned for today. Workout was total body w/weights and abs. Can't wait to get out to the fitness club next week!

Well it's not raining, it's not sunny either, but it's NOT raining. My brain fog has lifted, I have clean clothes to wear and a pair of socks that match-now how's that to start the day!
Workout this AM was a mixed bag of everything-weights, abs, leg lifts, squats, lunges. The water bottles and snacks are in my tote bag awaiting transport to the office and I am expecting a busy day there.
That's about it for this neck of the woods. Hope your Tuesday is a terrific one!

Feeling a lot better today - the antibiotics are finally making a dent. We overslept again, but I really didn't care. Obviously, we needed the sleep, and this is the 1st night in a long time I got more than 8 hours. DH didn't have any coughing fits, either - at least none that I heard - and he seemed more alert after waking up than he has the last few days. Keeping fingers crossed that this is almost over for me and that he doesn't get the full brunt of it.
Tonight I have plans to meet a friend after work for dinner. Going to one of the Legal Seafoods restaurants right nearby. She's braving the highways into Boston at evening rush-hour. I hope I'll still feel up to it - and I hope the weather improves for her drive into the city.
Back to working out tomorrow. Just a walk on the treadmill, and UB work, and a lot of stretching. It's been a while. Did I ever mention that coughing is a good way to work the obliques? Man, do my upper abs feel tight!

I'll make up for it today. I've got beds to change, floors to wash and toys to sort out *again*. I think the vacuum over the carpet wouldn't be a bad idea either!
Also want to get some time in on the stairmaster this morning and do some UB weights.
The scale was up a couple of pounds this morning, but I'm not surprised because I had another high sodium day yesterday! That darn stuff lurks everywhere! I think I'm going to have to stop this daily weigh in stuff. It just drives me crazy. I'm going to leave it for Friday mornings.
