So Lori, for a May challenge, may we do anything our hearts desire??? Achieving our own goals, etc.? Was just wondering because I got this crazy notion that I'd try a boot camp! I know, uncoordinated me! LOL! Anyway, Shape magazine has one in May issue I think I will try - will be a laugh a minute for the people at the fitness club where I will be frequenting.

I've never tried anything remotely to do with Tai Chi or coordinated moves & my goal for May is to enjoy my work outs & try new things.

My goal is going to be to make an honest effort to lose 5 pounds.Workouts are going well but food will be my challenge if I really want to lose any weight.

I also need to drink more. I'm thinking water would be best .....for now....

OK my goal and challenge for the month of May will be to get in at least 3 workouts a week, more if I can but definatly 3. I also challenge myself to stop complaining and start doing, and loose the first of 5 pounds this upcoming month. Since I have rejoined WW there really should be no excuse and they will track my pounds each Tuesday.

My goal is to lose to lose 8 lbs. by the end of the month.

I want to do 2-3 UB workouts per week.

I want to do at least 3 cardio days per week.

I'm wanting to work out 5x a week as well, no less than 4x. I also want to increase my average miles ran - currently at 3 miles comfortably. I'd like to get up to 5 for the race, of course, but would like to do 4-5 regularly.
