So how was everyone's day? Did you get to acmomplish what you set out to do, today?

I did! I mopped the floor, scrubbed the floor, and I think I rinsed the floor 3 times. Did I mention I washed my kitchen floor today...............he promised me a new floor when we bought this place last December. I did wipe down the bathrooms, made the beds, and did I think 5 batches of laundry. I lost count. I also went downstairs and brought up the spring/summer clothes. Need to pull out some short sleeve shirts. I went to the track with my mom (who by the way deserves the angel award)and we did 2 miles in 33 minutes. I had a WW smoothie made with skim milk for breakfast and lunch was a huge salad with 2 oz of turkey breast with a fat free balsamic dressing. I spoke to doppy husband and reminded him of my plans tonight, I think he caught wind of my slight anger and told me he would take the kids to McDonalds for dinner. So no need for me to cook tonight. Yippie! I think for a late afternoon snack a cup of tea with a WW 2 pt bar should do the trick. Well that is it for me, how about the rest of you great ladies!

I'm hoping that's all it is. I had a benign tumor removed years ago and have had a couple of cysts drained, also years ago. I have fibro cystic breasts, so I shouldn't drink caffeine, but I drink a lot of tea. Maybe that's causing it. Sure hope so. It's a little unnerving with Mom having had it and that upping my chances.

DS' game went into overtime and they lost just by 1 run. It was an exciting game & ds played pretty well - pitched 2 innings but elbow area started hurting. I walked/ran 3 miles last night - it was great! I waited until almost dark to do it & could have run more.

I'll be saying prayers for you Rhonda. I've had to go back before - on the very first mammogram I ever had. Turns out that it, too, was dense spots. I do pray that's all you're dealing with.

My greatest fear is that there is no PMS and this is my personality.

Sending positive thoughts your way, Rhonda - hope it turns out negative.

I'm glad the drs think your dad has improved enough to send him home, and I hope your mom is up to the task of caring for him. They're both in my thoughts as well.

Chin up, lady! I'm hoping you're still in good spirits to enjoy that concert.

Will keep you in my prayers, Rhonda! I was told when I went for a mammo that a large percentage of women were called back for more tests . . . They need a better test!

Will also keep your dad & Tim in my prayers.

Hugs,

Kat

P.S. V. P. Dick Cheney will be coming to Longview for a dinner in May - $1000. or so a plate - not in my budget but it's neat our little town will have a chance to hear him speak.
