Good morning everyone!I spent 10 mins thinking of F words.Sheesh!!!!I finally went with basic and simple.I was reading over the posts from the week. What an incredible group this is!!!!Everyone has so much going on and juggles so much.So many health issues we're dealing with. We're raising kids, taking care of our parents, keeping husbands in line..We try hard to be there for our friends.Putting hours in at jobs, whether in the home or outside. And with all that, and so much more, we are truly make an effort to get our exercise in.That is no small deal.I hope everyone takes time to day to give themselves credit for all they juggle and for any amount of exercise they do.Never, ever say "I only did", because it all adds up.

Ok so what's up for today? What kind of fitness plans do you have?Any 15 min projects planned for today.Anybody thinking about diving into some decadent dessert before our challenge tomorrow??????:)

However you spend your day I hope it is filled with happy moments, smiles and the knowledge of how special you each are.Love you guys!

At the risk of being completely repetitive it will be chickens and running for me today.I got my new running shorts yesterday and I'm anxious to try them out. They seem very comfy though short!!Way too much thigh showing and frankly just way too much thigh!!!

I'm dealing with a twinge of insecurity about something.I had lunch with friends the other day and of course the while body issue came up.Everyone pretty much hated the stomach/waist region. One girl was upset because she had gained weight in the chest! My weight gains have never made it up that far!!!When I mentioned I was an A up there one friend said, "Oh,no! Really!!!".She sounded like she felt so sorry for me!!I laughed and said I was really ok with it. But ever since.......Darn, one more thing to take to therapy!!!Ok, just wanted to get that off my chest :)

Tomorrow my son is teaching a class at the greenhouse on flowers and things. He surprised me by asking me to come.I am really looking forward to it.Yesterday my mom ran into somone who told her how much they love him at work and how well he is doing.I am so proud of him(can you tell).Next month he begins taking his college classes for landscaping.A teenager with a plan is a very good thing.

Ok, I think I'm FINALLY done!!!!Have a goo one!

Good Morning.

DH is out of town...he and oldest DS are at Smith Mountain Lake for the annual fishing tournament. So I didn't sleep well last night :( They'll be home Sunday. By then, I'll be sleeping fine!

Going to pound some pavement this morning. Tonight is DD's birthday sleep over. So I'll be hitting the grocery store, too. Her birthday isn't until May 7 so I don't need to go birthday present shopping yet :) Youngest DS is off to a friend's for a sleep over. Will just be us girls.

Have really enjoyed reading, "Calm My Anxious Heart" by Linda Dillow. It is about Contentment. I highly recommend it. If Patty read it, she would even be content with being an "A" and living without George (okay...there still are miracles, you know!). Seriously, it's a great book and I've really realized that a huge part of my stress and anxiousness is really that I've been discontent with the cup He has poured and handed to me. I've begun to see my cup as a gift. (Although I'm still struggling with being thankful for the "heading south body parts"!). And how much of my life He actually gave to me or I took on myself that wasn't really my portion to take. So tonight I'll finish up this book and start gearing up for The Power of a Praying Woman. So looking forward to that and Phyllish facilitating our bible study.

Later Ladies.

Good Morning,

Thanks Patty for your beautiful words this morning. You really are a Princess!

Yeah for Friday! It is an absolutely fabulous day outside and would love to spend Friday footloose and fancy free but alas work calls me.

There was no workout this morning. I didn't sleep well from 3AM on so gave myself that extra hour until there was no extra time to be had. I really hope I'll have test results by this afternoon.

I'll be heading into the other boss'office to see if we can straighten out all the questions that have arisen this week over exactly what office protocol should be. I'm a little nervous about this since I don't want the conversation to come across as a b***ch session on my part. I just want him to say what should be and shouldn't be and make EVERYONE aware of how he would like things to be done.

Anyway my new front door should be on the front of the house by the time I get home, DS mowed our vastly overgrown front and back lawns and wacked away all the weeds. Now if I could only get him to pick up his sneakers.

Hope everyone has an fabulous, fantastic Friday! And if you're experiencing a sunny day hope you're able to get out there and enjoy it!

What a sweet post, Princess! I feel the same about everyone here - I'm not as good at expressing it.

I hope to get some cardio in - tomorrow I start my bootcamp & the first day is strength training. I'm going to be one sore cookie!

Meetings today & I intend to run some errands after I leave the hotel meeting room. I deserve that much! Have to work tonight - bu**er & ds has another game so I'll catch the tail end of it.

Have a great day today.

Wouldn't ya know it, I'm catching a cold! Allison had a cold since last week, so if I would've gotten it from her, it would've been before now. No telling where I got this thing. Last thing I need with me starting to push the miles on my running.

A/C guys are coming today to replace the unit to our bonus room, which is where I prefer to work out (I can just leave my weights, steps or mat by the TV). No telling how long that'll take. I'll fold that last load of laundry, do a little filing and house cleaning. Workout, when I can get to it, will hopefully be heavy LB work with abs.

Other than that, just hanging around with the Kidster!

Hey everyone! Happy Friday!

Gee, what a nice post Princess!

Well, doubt if my day or weekend will be as delightful as some of the other posts I see but plan to finally get some things taken care of with the house including our quarterly shopping at BJ’s. Since it’s just us, we stay away from jumbo packaged foods and opt for shampoo, paper towels, garbage bags; stuff like that. Planning next weeks meals around a couple of new WW cookbooks hoping that might train me to keep within points and also reading a couple of self-coaching books hoping to keep motivated (Coach Approach by WW and Win The Weight Game by Sarah The Duchess of York).

Anyway, you all have a good day and a great weekend!

Patty,

I think that seeing the results of all the hard work of parenting is one of the most rewarding things in life. Your son sounds like he's really got it together and you and your dh deserve a pat on the back! Good mommy! Good daddy! (pat, pat, pat on the back)

As far as the A cup, I used to be an A many moons ago when I was thin and I would prefer to be an A now. I ballooned up to a 42 C when I was nursing and "my cup runneth over" so to speak. I'd take A over C anyday. Very frustrating having buttons popping open and gaping tops. I liked the fact that I'd had three children and they were still "perky" and I liked not having to wear a bra in the summertime!!!!
