Well I can not say honestly that I feel sorry for Kat or Rhonda when I read your posts about having rain. Man, we had some much here in NY its only fair. I know Susan and Grace will agree with me here. We had like 4 days of great weather here but they say tomorrow rain is on its way, again. But today was a great.
I went on my treadmill for 45 minutes this morning, and worked in the garden for about an hour. Weeded the flower beds, planted some bulbs and seeds, helped Bill put up stockade fence on the side yard, did some laundry, and ran to the grocery store. Decided to eat at home tonight since that is easiest way for me to stay on points. I made a london broil on the BBQ, baked potato, baby portabella mushrooms, and corn muffins. I measured everything out and I have half a point left.........lol. Well I will dip into my flex points tonight because I bought beautiful strawberries for desert. Yum! Going to get Miss Katie into bed soon and cuddle with my hubby. He isn't doppy anymore, well for the moment anyway...lol.

I absolutely have no appetite - good thing as I need to lose a few lbs.! I'm absolutely queasy again - don't know what the problem is, but I can't work out tonight feeling this lousy. I've thrown up a couple of times & if this keeps up I'll have to call the doctor.
Hugs,
Susan

PS: I was teasing about the rain and complaining!

I did a 4-mile run yesterday, only walked up Big Hill about half-way up. Still, did my 4 miles in a little over 40 minutes, and I followed up with abs work. My pace is picking up in running, and better than that, no repetitive or strain injuries from the hills I can run or from the time, aside from my hip that is. The sore hip is from last Oct/Nov, and is working itself out ever so slowly. 3-4 weeks ago it still hurt enough after running that I'd alternate ice and heat and it would be really sore for a day. Now, it's just a twinge I feel at certain times, and by the next day I don't notice it.
Went to the birthday party for our friends' little boy yesterday. Kids all had fun together. Allison fell asleep in the car at around 6pm, we put her down on the couch when we got home, and she didn't stir. We finally got her into bed and she was out for the night. She's had some late nights and I guess needed to catch up on her sleep! The Cus and I had a quiet evening.
