Apologies if this thread has started already!

Went to body sculpting, intense to say the least.

The weather was perfect at noon, so a coworker and I took a great walk at lunchtime - across the Public Garden (the beautiful, privately-funded park next to the Boston Common -engulfed in early spring flowers and apple trees in full, aromatic bloom), down Charles Street (antique heaven in Boston), up over the footbridge above Storrow Drive (NOT a walking roadway!) and down to the Charles River Esplanade (where the July 4th concert and fireworks are held), along the River up to the footbridge near the Prudential Center, and back down Commonwealth Avenue (the wind and the rain took down all the magnolia blooms). We doubled back on the last block to go to Starbucks, but the line was out the door, so that saved me about 400 calories and $4. We walked for just under an hour, and I came back and ate an awesome lunch while I worked.

And I'm still working - dying to get back out there.

And I'm still going to work out tonight.

Deb - Once you get past the bad-hair weather in Memphis, have a great time!

Ran my 4.2 miles today, with my new CD player, over about 42+ minutes. I walked twice, both times to fiddle with the CD player, but since it seems the pace I'm comfortable at is no longer a 12-minute mile, the walks were a nice break. On the down-side, my hip is starting to bother me a little more again after running, and it was just about gone, dad-gum-it. It feels all tight again.

After the race, I'll probably pull back to 3 miles as my standard run with indoor leg exercises on the days I don't run. Hopefully that'll help.

Craving cereal I could understand if you were having Fruit Loops but I'm not sure about the soy protein stuff.I used to love my Dockers but they don't fit right now, BU**ER. Please tell me you find they run small.

Flo wouldn't give up today. Couldn't shake the headache til late but it wasn't too bad.In the meantime I got lots of housework done, tons of errands taken care of and the usual CL work done.Tomorrow I will wake up refreshed and ready to go.Anxious to get a good workout in.

Yes--Dockers run small, especially when they don't have any of that flab-friendly spandex in them LOL!!

Kind of forgot what 100% pure cotton feels like :o).....stretch rules in my book.

Man, Patty, you must be one tough cookie. I have to hand it to you for doing all you do in spite of the headaches. I can't imagine doing all that in pain. You get a gold star!

Worked out at home this evening - ub, lb, and abs, and 2.3 miles on treadmill including a fairly high elevation and normal-to-high speed. Felt kind of woozy at 2 mi, so I turned down the speed and elevation and quit soon after cooling down. Hope that's not a bad sign.

Woo Hoo! I caught up on TPOTPW and answered the questions too! Didn't do yardwork today. In fact, I can't remember getting a whole heck of a lot done other than routine housework and taking Rob to guitar. I spent way too much time on the computer, and I read.
