Good morning , Phyllis!I'm thankful to be celebrating my parents 50th anniversary this weekend.I'm also thankful to wake up feeling great and really looking forward to working out today. It's suppose to be sunny and warm here today!!!Today's workout will either be an outside run or a step/run workout.Need to do weights too.

I wish I did have something exciting to post. Maybe I'll work on that today!!!

Good morning! In spite of difficulties, so much to be thankful for:

1. My dad is still home and has my mom to take good care of him.

2. I'll be picking my sister from MD up

Thankfuls:

1. Flexibility with my job.

2. DH came home two days early from his business trip, just in the nick of time to save his children from the wrath of their mother.

3. Healthy children. Friends of good friends of ours received a terminal cancer diagnosis for their sick daughter. She is 6 years old. Please pray for Ella and her family and give your own children (two legged and four legged) an extra long hug today.

Sassy

Thankful for another birthday, another year that God has let me stick around. Thankful for running, despite the kink in my hip. Thankful for my friend and her steam vac! Thankful for my husband's strong arms. Thankful that Al has a playdate with a friend of hers today, LOL!

15 minute project - pick 'em, and none of them are "only" 15 minutes. Cleaning the bathrooms, swapping out Al's summer/winter clothes (didn't do that this weekend because I chose other 15-minute projects!), maybe start on my own.

Workout... I want to get in a brief run to include the Big Hill. If that's ALL I do, it'll be a mile, though I'd like to add enough to get 2 miles in. Might do other leg work, too.

Good morning!

It's another beautiful day here with no threat of showers for a change. It was really nice to come with just my handbag and no totes or other encumbrances. One of my friends and I made plans to lunch out today - eggplant parm for me, with leftovers making their way home for sure.

Thankfuls: Mostly that DH and I are back to normal. After nearly four weeks of badly interrupted sleep, it makes me really appreciate being cough- and sneeze-free.

My workout tonight will be more cardio on the treadmill. I need to see if I can get to 3 miles with elevation and speed without getting woozy again.

Exciting happenings? Yeah, right....I'll get back to you.

Have a great day, everyone!

As I said in my other post, thanks for your wishes and hugs. Your support means the world to me. Sorry for the whining, seems like that is all I do around here. My thanks go to you ladies, and my family. My family is my strength, despite how much they drive me crazy. Yesterday they could not have been any better.

Today is low key for me, my emotions get the best of me and just drain me. I plan of doing my normal house work, laundry, vacume and so on. Its nice outside today so I think a 2 mile walk outside is in the cards. Maybe some phone calls to a few friends and then some sun. I might put a lounge chair outside for an hour and just read. Really exciting, huh!
