Good morning all!

Looks like it’s going to be a nice warm day today with a hint that summer’s around the corner. Got a new workout tape yesterday, “Timesaver Life Weights To Lose Weight”” by Kathy Smith. From the package, it indicates 20 minutes focused on upper body followed by 20 minutes focused on lower body so you can mix it up or do the whole tape. Have always liked Kathy Smith so am sure it will be a good addition to my routine. I just hope I can stay in the groove of my routine without too many set-backs. Am trying to learn the medical coding and billing business but first am going through the perquisite of anatomy and physiology – week 3, cell structure/function and body tissues and membranes. That ought to make anyone hungry! LOL! Monday, I interview for a volunteer job working in the administration department, at a local hospital. I’m attempting to get practical experience while going gaining the book knowledge. And I’m still trying to get the whole WW Points (and portions!) thing down – week 4. Think I need some more coffee before my day takes off without me.

Re: THANKFUL: Guess I would have to say that I’m thankful that it really is not too late even after turning 40, to reinvent myself for the better

Anyway, have a nice day.

Blew off Jazzercise last night to go with my friend and her kids to Cinco de Mayo fattening Mexican dinner.

Prayers for the family of this dear girl. With my kiddo being 5-1/2, this hits close. I've got my faith in God... but, gosh, life can seem so unfair from where we stand.

Sassy, I will surely add Ella to my prayers. Saturday afternoon we're working Kids' Day to give children with cancer a day of fun and games. Local oncologists, the American Cancer Society, and others are sponsoring it. I will hope and pray for a miracle for her. I can't imagine what her family must be going through.

Glad to hear you and DH are well and able to get some decent rest finally. After being sick that long you probably need to work your way back gradually to your previous exertion levels to prevent getting woozie. Take care.
