Here we go again -- it's Monday! How are you starting off your week? What do you have planned for activities, eating, water consumption, etc.? Any 15 minute projects today? If you're behind on The Power of the Praying Woman (as I am), are you planning to catch up?

Make the most of your day everyone!

Good morning! Today is a work day for me at Mom and Dad's. I'll be heading in about mid-morning in my grubbies to spend a good part of the day creating a flower bed in their front yard with a palm tree in the center.

I am so happy to see this week begin.....I think.Last week was hormone he** with constant headaches that kept me from working out like I wanted to.This week has to be better, right???I think the combo of extra running and stopping some meds confused my hormones. No real pms, but horrible cramps.I went to put on a skirt yesterday and could not button it.I then put on a shirt that hung on my chest. What's wrong with this picture????

This week it's going to be hot so I'll tied down to CL alittle more.I'm planning on getting in LB body workouts more. I've slacked on this those and really felt it when I did one the other day.Going back and forth on cardio. Need to mix it up some but I tend to be a same old same exerciser.Like to do the same thing so I don't have to think.I saw a Billy Blanks DVD set with a boxing thingy in it I thought looked fun.Thinking about that.

Looking forward to a warm sunny week filled with lots of good things.Have a great day everyone!!!!

Hope all that hormone baggage is gone now, so you can enjoy the hot weather and do all that you want to do.

I'm thinking about going for a run in the mountains.

Mornin'Ladies,

It's another beautiful day here in NY. Yesterday started out yucky but turned out quite nice. Today is back indoors to enjoy the sunshine via a window. But I can look forward to a nice walk with Otto after dinner.

Workout was a 2+mile walk on the treadmill this morning. DH will be on the phone this morning complaining about the installation of our windows. You just can't seem to get anybody to do things right the first time. He's already convinced himself that they're not going to do anything about it-although I think otherwise since they haven't been paid a dime yet and won't be until the job is done correctly. Plus the fact this is a company that has done work for us here in this house and our other house. The guy who always did all our work installed only the big window in the front and there was a younger guy who did the replacement ones-as I said the job just isn't right.

Anyway, lots of catching up to do around here since I did nothing around here this weekend. I have bills that need to be paid, filing that needs to be done, laundry that needs to be washed, dried, picked up by rightful owners and put away. How much am I going to do after work-really not sure. Anticipation of getting a lot done after the work day is over usually exceed the ability to follow through. Instead of talking about it, better get started.

Hope you all have a great day!

I'm tired. My head is draining, so it's like I'm sleeping well only every other night. Last night was a toss-n-turner. I think, too, I'm planning out the week - my mom is coming for a visit and I'm turning over in my head watching a friend's little girl and when Allison might go to her house, menus (especially choir night and the eve of the race on Saturday), getting my mom together with a lady from our church (who is also German), etc. Nothing major, but just the nit-picky details.

I didn't work out yesterday at all. Today, UB/LB abs planned. It'll be too hot and humid to enjoy running this afternoon when Al's at gymnastics.

I just loved your post this a.m., Booty!! Thanks for sharing these insights on success and having realistic goals! I needed it!!! I'm to the point where I know I can't do it all and the house is just going to have to be lower on my priority list than my son or my health. And YEAH, the house looks like it's low on the totem pole!!!

I was so sorry to read that you missed seeing your son on Mother's Day. I hope you hear from him this week.

It's good that you can relax in your yoga class while getting a good workout.

i went and retrieved my old bike from the bikeshop where i left it friday when i bought my new bike. that's my only planned exercise for the day - although i *may* do abs later... i'm taking it easy today cuz i rode a lot this weekend and need to give my body some time to adjust/recover.

Alex bought me a new flatscreen monitor and i'm having trouble getting used to it. i keep moving it further away... it's so big that it feels really wierd on my eyes. i'm just not used to it. it kinda reminds me of when you get new glasses - things are clear but a little, erm , queezy until you get used to them.

anyways - i'm just here, in love, and happy to be in italy with a wonderful guy.
