Today has been Ok. The work days have been kind of long. I think I'm just anxious to get all the test results in and I think it's been making the days drag. I got back from the drs a little while ago and I should have the blood results by tomorrow afternoon. Yes, the spring cleaning crew definitely needs a stop by this house. I haven't been able to move any furniture back or clean anything up since they still have moldings to replace and one window needs to come and be replaced and the other all recapped. I've been doing pretty well on my eating and trying to keep up with the water although when you feel like you're sitting in a refrigerator at work sometimes the urge to chug a lug just isn't there. I had a nice walk with Otto. I would have liked to walk a little further but he didn't seem to be inclined that way and the heat gets to him so just let him set the pace and the route. I think I may sit myself in a chair outside and read for a few minutes and then I have a date with DD for American Idol.

Hope your Tuesday has treated you well.

It's been so so.Worked out for an hour this morning doing treadmill and step. Then I tried on a skirt which didn't fit right. So of course I did what any multipersonality Princess would do;I ate chips.Like that is going to make the skirt fit better.

On the plus side I got most of what I wanted to do done today.Service guy showed up and we worked awhile. That went well and it's done for this week.Tomorrow is another day and another day to conquer the chip fiend!Did I tell you all that I read somewhere that if chips are your favorite snack food the you are a perfectionist?Hmmm...

Heading to the dungeon for my workout as soon as I finish typing this and then congratulating Deb on her new job! Spring cleaning? None of that needed here - my house is spotless.

Did I ever tell you how bad my eyesight is?.....

I didn't know that about chips. Potato chips are my very best favorite snack. I cannot have them in the house at all. Why can't I like fruit?

I think I would have handled the skirt situation the same way.

The day started out well with getting the bathroom done, hair dyed, PT behind me and a good healthy brunch. But I waited too long to eat and had absolutely no energy...I was not hungry and couldn't force any food down earlier. The day went downhill from there. Energy never came back so I flagged any more house cleaning. I ended up making unfried eggplant parmesean and breaded baked fish for dinner.

The Pilates class went well, but I overate at dinner when I got home. Then the darn teddy grahams called to me. I guess it could have been a worse after dinner snack. Another day of waiting too long to eat and then not being able to shut off the muchies for the rest of the day. Looking for a better day tomorrow.

Nancy..what is up with the tiredness today. It seems to be attacking a lot of us here today. Maybe this hot humid weather is doing it.

I'm pumped, gals! I just got in from a great 4-mile run, no walking this time (no Big Hill either, LOL!). Distance 4.12 and time 39'40". Couldn't believe it. Thing is, I'm not pushing myself to do something impossible. It seems that a 10-minute mile is the pace I'm settling into - it's comfortable, it feels right. Hills give me a slight challenge, and the downside is a breeze. This time around, I'm not estimating my time or distance either... both of which I'm lousy at ;^). I've got my kid's digital watch, and I marked out the mileage on an interactive arial map of our county. I'm very psyched for this upcoming Saturday.

Chips mean you're a perfectionist? Yep, that's my Cus-man!
