I'm pretty upset with both of them!My hammock is a Martha Stewart one from Kmart. It doesn't tie to a tree but has it's own stand. It comes in pieces, lots of pieces.Took me a half hour to try to remember how to put together. You wouldn't believe the positions I got that thing in.Then I see that when DH worked in the room I had it stored in he lost a piece of it.He lost one of the hangy things that connects the hammock to the stand. So I try to come up with some way to use something else to connect it.Find a stretchy thing that maybe goes to a cart DH has.Works well. But then I get in the hammock and realize it stretches and makes one side lopsided.Ok, no problem.I go get another stretchy thing to balance it out.Put it together, jump in the hammock and OUCH!!!2nd stretchy thing broke and I went down on my butt!LOL Thank goodness for padding.I amy forget the hammock and just get a nice simple lounge chair.

ROFL sounds like something I would have done. Maybe a trip to your local hardware store this afternoon to pick up some new S hooks might be in order. Sorry about your butt, better your butt then your head.

A princess without her hammock is certainly not a good thing but a princess without her hammock and landing on the ground is even worse. Glad to hear you didn't hurt yourself. You better find some royal subjects to either fix that or get you a new comfy lounge chair!
