I had a bad week last week (I’m doing Weight Watchers, and regained everything I’d lost the week before!).

Hey Mary every baby step leads someplace. I think that is great! Keep it up and you will do this.

Mary - It's not small at all. It's a big shift in how you've been thinking about food. We all suffer from that problem - seeing something we love, tasting it in our imaginations, and wanting it and not even thinking about a healthier substitute or whether we're even truly hungry. We're all coming to grips with it to varying degrees of success. Trader Joe's is an amazing store. I love the variety, the unusual things they carry, and the prices are pretty decent, too! I'm just mad that neither my town nor the three abutting it don't have one yet. The demographics in two of them are right up TJ's alley.

I know emotions get in the way sometimes, but think about why you're eating or if you're really hungry for food, keep making the smarter choices, and you will succeed.

You're doing great & keep it up!! I totally have been there on bad weeks - I'm having one this week. So take advantage of the good choices at TJ's (I loved ours in Pasadena, CA!).

Mary, I was thinking about you yesterday, but was on the run so much I didn't get a chance to post to ask how your dental and dermatologist visits went. Has your skin been helped?

That is not small at all! It is a great accomplishment! There are some mighty low fat, low point things at Trader Joes. In fact, I just went there today and stocked up on stuff with low WW points. Also their prices are good, sometimes cheaper than the supermarkets espicially with the Kashi cereals.

One of my favorites is the spinach tofu egg rolls...only 2 points each and I can indulge in two of them. I have one of them for a snack in the middle of the day when I feel I really need something. A filling food is the cream of broccoli soup with only 1 pt per serving. Did you try the FF refried beans and the vegetarian chile? Oh, I could go on and on.

I am sure your weight will be down again next time...just hang in there and enjoy your enchiladas. I will have to look for them.
