Hey, Patty...your post got me going, so I bet it is getting you going too! Hope the day gets better and you get your run in.
Nothing too exciting going on here. I am actually trying to be quiet since DD's fiance is still sleeping because he has work again this evening after his big night.
Have a good one too!

Hi, Lori...sounds pretty exciting to me. But, I am home alone so much, getting out and having a purpose sounds good!
I notice I can't eat before working out...any kind of workout. Kathy Smith says not to eat at least 3 hours before doing yoga. I guess that is why you didn't feel too well Saturday.
Hope tonight goes better.

The day did start out gloomy but it is turning out to be nice this afternoon. It is amazing how quickly you can miss an appliance like a dishwasher. Every time I have to empty it, I think I should just wash the dishes by hand. But, after a couple of days of that, it is right back to using the dishwasher. Hope you don't turn out to be the "lucky one" who has to wait for the repairman.
Good luck with the filing. I can't figure out how that piles up so quickly too!

What a "fun" weekend, Donna. It is nice to act like a kid once in awhile. (Don't know if my body could take it more often.)
Have a good back at it week. Sounds like you are ready to go!

Your Saturday sounded "most excellent". I love the ballet and it is only a train ride away in NYC. Someday I will get DDs to go.
Great job with the WW planning and doing so well and loosing a lb over the weekend. You are definitely on your way this week.

Welcome back Deb! Glad you made it safely after the stormy flight. Sounds like you had a wonderful time. I still haven't been to a Cracker Barrel...there aren't any in NY that I know of. I do see one off the NJ Tpke though. Someday....
I bet you get right back into your 10 lb weight workout. You probably didn't lose as much muscle as you think. Your muscle memory will take right over. You certainly have things planned right away after getting back.
Good plan not to weigh until you have a couple of days of being back on track. Don't want to ruin the glow you have from having such a good vacation.

Congrats on losing inches, your clothes being loser and starting week 3 of the challenge. You are doing awesomely and I am sure the scale will reflect when AF leaves.
Enjoy your walk today with DS. Good to have a destination! Another gardener here too...you certainly did a lot yesterday.
Enjoy your day too.

Believe it or not, but I can understand how rain could be big for farmers. DH grew up on a farm and I heard talk all the about weather when the "oldtimers" got together.
Sorry you didn't get to rest over the weekend, but having guests and things to do is relaxing in a different way. It is

Back to the workout habit. Hope Eric can shed his few pounds - bet they'll go quickly. I think you have a great plan not to step on the scale right away.
