Not that I have anything to check in about, but surely there's someone out there who has already done a kickin' workout, made a spectacle of herself, done a favor for a stranger, or some such thing. Anyone? Anyone?

Sheesh, your post makes me realize how much more I have to accomplish today! How can it be that I have yet to make a spectacle of myself?I did go uptown to pay a bill and was walking across the parking lot talking to myself when I noticed someone watching me.But that's not really a spectacle,is it?

It's been a quiet day for me(DULL).Even CL has been quiet and mostly calm.I have yet to finish the yard thanks to another rain shower.I did pick up a magazine while uptown and am thinking of doing a body makeover this summer.I'm thinking if I would take 6 weeks and lay off the chips and chicken strips I could find my abs.Still thinking that one over.

I did have an awesome workout but ironically just because I was so lazy.I kept putting off my workout. First I was going to run outside, then inside on my treadmill.I spent a half an hour trying talk myself out of any workout. Then I jumped on my treadmill and did 3 miles.I wanted to get it over with so I brought my usual 10 min mile down to 8.5.It was sooooo hard but excillerating(sp) once I got done. Of course then I had chicken strips for lunch :)Still need to do some weights.

Haven't done a favor for a stranger but maybe I'll be extra nice to Dh when he gets home. That always makes him nervous.

I love our Starbuck's reduced fat coffee cake! YUMMY!!! I need to find out how many calories my favorite soy latte has - I usually get one a week!

No workout for me yet! I haven't made a spectacle of myself yet, but give me a chance at Dillard's tonight. I thought I did a good deed for someone - loaded up their new laptop with our software, downloaded it, asked the Realtor all kinds of questions about his travels (that's his hobby), but then he went out and brought lunch back to the office! Some of our Realtors are real sweethearts.

One of our mortgage brokers left an autographed book for us, "What a Difference a Year Makes" by Bob Guiney (Bob the Bachelor). Apparently Bob is an owner of a mortgage company. I never did get to see him on "The Bachelorette" or "The Bachelor", but maybe his book will be interesting. I still need to read Donald Trump's book! LOL!

Well there's been no kickin' workout. I didn't make a spectacle of myself but "Miss Sunshine" certainly did! I survived a day of both a big box of pastries and a big box of KK's. The weather was beautiful today and did enjoy a nice stroll with "the beast" and made Turkey Tostados for dinner which were quite good. I still need to fold and put away a load of laundry, decide what to have for dinner next week and maybe a nice stretch for the achin'bones. Just as an added thankful for Thursday-I'm extremely thankful to Cuisinart for a great food processor-makes life in the kitchen so much easier!

Hope you all enjoy your evening!

There's still a faint glimmer of hope for a workout tonight; I might actually pop onto the treadmill very late and do the 1/2 hr I mentioned earlier today. No spectacles nor favors here, either. No opportunities presented themselves, otherwise I would have taken full advantage.

I called my hair stylist at 3:45 this afternoon and managed to get a 6:15 appointment for this evening and got my hair cut. It's cute! Short and perky, even! I love it. Now if I could just find a box of my new haircolor somewhere. Three CVSs and one Stop & Shop later, not a sign of it.

My day hasn't been overly fanatastic but it hasn't been a total waste, either.

Who me?! Ended up having a REALLY lazy day, just doing personal stuff. I still felt a bit sore from the Body Sculpt on Wednesday, and by the time I dropped Allison off at her friend's house it was already in the lower 80s. Even at 7:30 it hadn't cooled down. I was also just feeling worn down most of the day with a low level headache. Friday should be better.
