Hi, Rhonda! Hope you have a good day at the beach. My step mom looked for sharks' teeth a lot too. It sounds like it gets addicting..DH and I enjoyed it when we were there. But, step mom had to stop since it bothered her neck too much looking down and then her back from walking on the slanted sand. It seems strange to us northerners to hear you talking about going to the beach daily already.

Hope the baptism brings the family closer. One step at a time, friend. I am praying DD comes around.

Exercise buddies are the best...it helps both buddies to keep going.

It is good to have a lazy day once in awhile, Shar. Heck...more than once in awhile. We don't have a long weekend until next weekend with Memorial Day. You just got it a week earlier.

No exercise for me this weekend...planning on getting a good start tomorrow.

Hope FIL makes a nice dinner and gives you a break from cooking. There is always

Oh, Sorry about your burn accident, Kat! I hope it isn't serious...OUCH!! Good idea to take it easy today and do some quiet "contemplation". Hey...another big work used in this link.

Hope your week ahead isn't too hectic.

LOL, Deb! With the skimpy outfits a lot of people are wearing now in classes, the only way to go is to cover up more again. Who knows....shiny spandex may be in our future again!

Hello everyone! Nancy , your day sounds great. My kiddo is going into landscaping too! What kind of plants are you picking up today?

We had a blast yesterday.Except lunch wasn't so hot and shopping was not much. But we had fun just being together. Here's a tip; don't go any where near a dressing room if your estrogen is up , down whatever. It's quarter til Flo and man was I depressed by what I saw in those dressing room mirrors.Definitely time to work on the food!!!!I picked up a fun cd yesterday, songs for the open road was how it was labeled. It had songs from the 70s which was our time.Lots of fun playing that on the way home.We all belted out Sweet Home Alabama, even my neice who knows it because of the movie.

Got a run in this morning. It is hot here and my chickens are wondering what the heck is up!!!!I just came in from some hammock time and now it's time to get back to work.

What movie are you planning on going to see?

My exercise buddies have turned into my dearest friends (met them at Jazzercise).
