That was one impressive storm. Those homes and schools took a beating. The power of nature at its worst. Saying prayers for the people in that town.

Lori I am really at a lost for words. I guess when we hear about these things its one thing but actually seeing them makes it all the more real. Let me ask you, will they be looking for donations and stuff to help those who suffered and lost so much? Is there anyway we can help?

It's one thing to hear about the toll of a storm's destruction and devastation but it's another when you see it through the pictures. My heart goes out to those people.

Mother Nature is nothing to fool with! Unbelievable!

Hope they're able to regroup and rebuild rapidly. I was so impressed with the way people in neighborhing areas (particularly the Amish) pitched in to help when the storm came through MD a few years ago. It was like ants constantly clearing, cleaning, building, etc. People at their best!

Those are some unbelievable pictures, and all too real. The threat of tornados isn't as bad here as it was where we lived in Alabama, but the things scare me, and we've had them here before. Still, I'm fascinated by them, and seeing what such storms can do is baffling.

Prayers to the people affected by these storms.
