I'm curious about your Tuesday---what have you had to eat so far today?

Add 5 Tootsie Roll miniatures and 4 Hershey Milk Chocolate miniatures. They tasted so good, but didn't help the stomach situation, I'm sure.

Your omelette sounds delish---I bought some of the egg beaters with veggies (forgot)...and adding the other things makes good healthy sense.

My husband turned his nose in the same direction as Eric, but he ended up liking the faux-tatoes. He doesn't want a steady diet of them, but he'll eat them once in a while. I'm getting him hooked on sweet potatoes - lots more nutritional bang for the glycemic load than plain old white potatoes. Add a little cinammon and Smart Balance or Olivio, and you don't even know you're eating a vegetable.

Hey I'm thinking of getting a small truck!I think that would be fun. Actually I think a Jeep would be fun too.But my car passed inspection so probably I'll just keep driving the B mobile.

Food has been a Slim Fast bar at 5:30 or so when I came in from CL.Then a run on the treadmill followed by a hard boiled egg and an apple.Another couple hours in Cl and then a pasta and veggie dish I threw together. A quick walk at the track with my sister followed by more quality time with my chickens.A protein shake, (oh he$$ it was a low fat milkshake, but the other sounds better.)Mowed at in laws and now will head back to work.Dinner is salad and london broil.Weights if I have time and then down to CL to tuck my birds in for the night.

Yep, you can call it a protein shake, Princess! Where do you find a lowfat milkshake - I want one!!! Ooh, I finally bought some Vanilla Silk Soy to try to make a Starbucks Soy Decaf Latte using my own Starbucks decaf coffee and espresso maker!

Last night, I made a blender toddy (lowfat margarita) just for AF!!! Put the old biddy right to sleep!

Breakfast was Vanilla Special K(that's my new addiction!) with fresh strawberries, banana, OJ and the AM cup of caffeine.

Mid AM-walnuts, almonds and raisins

Lunch-Roast beef with swiss, lettuce, tomato and deli mustard on ww pita, baby carrots and a peach and on the way back to work stopped for my French Vanilla DD coffee.

Mid PM-fresh pineapple, cantalope and watermelon

Dinner-DH must have his Tuesday pasta night-so it's pasta with meatballs and a salad
