Just for today I will stick to my menu plan of 20 WW points which includes a taco salad for dinner with no carbs.

I brought fruit for snacks today at work. I need to go out and buy some watermelon, more peaches, berries and other melons. Mangoes should be in season, soon, too.

Lunch will be on the run and another soy smoothie. Tonight, I plan to eat leftover piece of bbq chicken, some roasted asparagus & a green salad. With any luck, no bread or cookies will be on the menu for today!
