Just for today, Wednesday, I will not eat after 7 pm. I did do my mini challenge yesterday and did not eat carbs at dinner except for the veggies and salad.
I will eat a little more at dinner - I was starved 1 hour after dinner tonight & had a small bowl of Cheerios w/skim milk after work (don't want to do that anymore!). Anyway, I only had a green salad and a piece of bbq chicken - no time to cook my asparagus as I had baseball taxi duty. I had no cookies or candy today, so I did good there!
My goal for today is to journel and to remain in my 20 points. I did it yesterday and I can do it again today. Sipping my chocolate, soy protien shake for my breakfast, that really does stick with me until lunch time. Lunch is a salad, left over from last nights dinner, and dinner is simple grilled cheese with soup. Should be easy to stick within points. Now if I could only get my butt into moving mood!
Yeah, I'm glad it's one day at a time goals, too! I haven't had any cookies today, but I had 1 Tootsie Roll mini! I'm going to eat a little larger dinner so I won't be as famished at work tonight.
Even with the Tootsie, my points are still under 20 so far.
