So far, I've kept to my points, but I'm very hungry!!!! I'm going to have to get used to this, again! I powerwalked for an hour this a.m., too. Everything is going as planned, so far, so good!
We had humongous storms in E. TX last night (just wind, rain & hail, but buildings damaged & some people are still without electricity and water!), but I survived at my home with only the cable tv going out. Today there is not a cloud in sight, yet more storms are slated for us, supposedly. Not complaining at all, though, as all the plants and flowers out here are just loving it! In fact, you ladies that are getting too much rain can just send some our way!
Hope your day brings you some form of sunshine!
Pattycakes, hope you are doing well - missing you this a.m.
JazzerDeb, I have looked around for one of those places you posted about where you can cook up a whole week's worth of meals - we don't have one yet, but I'll see if I can get some of my catering friends interested in something like that. Sounds neat. Heck, Starbucks came to town only a year ago - we're very slow in these parts! I'd love to have a Whole Foods store out here - I'd set up camp.

I took alittle bit of time off to go to a health food store about 30 mins away and restock my vitamins.Trying to keep it simple and stick with it.
Hope everyone is having a good day!

Thumbs down on workout. My neck and shoulder are hurting a bit from poor posture at my desk and near constant use of my computer's mouse, so I blew it off. Plus, I got home around 8 and chose to cook dinner and eat instead. Broiled salmon with a smidge of tzatziki on top, steamed asparagus, and snap peas-and-grape tomato salad (olive oil, garlic powder, dash of salt, and dried oregano).
Your dinner sounded so delicious.
