I will do 100 crunches in addition to my UB/LB & abs workout video with Kathy Smith on Thursday.
I did my goal just for today by eating enough dinner tonite before work that I did not get too hungry. I stayed within my points and didn't have cookies.
I should have remembered I had to pick up a cookie cake today AND we have a luncheon!!! My just for today should have been I will not let human nature take over and buy a "nonfat" blueberry muffin (120 cal.) just because I'm "depriving" myself of ds' birthday cookie cake. So I had one of those along with my soy smoothie. Now I'm going to have to have a very good lunch! No breads, no dessert.
I did do the Firm UB/LB workout video and because it's so long, I have to do my abs video tonight, along with my 100 crunches. Those Firm ladies really put me thru torture this a.m.!!! I'll start feeling it this afternoon! I'm already sore from the Kathy Smith workout, but the Firm is more intense (right, Cussette?).
I can't do those Firm tapes, but that is because I don't like doing high intensity cardio and then bend over to pick up weights and do a weight interval. Must be something in my family...DDs don't like it either.
So..I have to give you a lot of credit for doing them.

Been hitting some bumps in the road with the "just for todays" but I plan to eat only low glyemic carbs today and avoid "sugar" and refined foods.
