Deb, what a great eating day you're having. I didn't have cheesecake or bread at our luncheon, just salads, green beans & carrots, and Hawaiian Chicken. Of course, I was hungry 1 hour later!!!! The country club's salads were wonderful, though.
I still have to muster the energy to do my abs video & 100 crunches around 10 something p.m. I will be wiped out, I know. My workout this a.m. was a killer UB/LB weights routine with the Firm (lots of squats, lunges, etc. I think I worked every muscle in my body). BTW, Grace, I don't do the Firm cardio at all. I have weak ankles.
Well--to tell the truth I was happy my friend (the instructor) did a few weeks on her own before she brought me in.
I'm excited about how my sister and I are both in a mindset to make this summer very healthy.We're really getting our walks together in and motivating each other.It really helps to have someone else to work with and encourage you.
Picked up the Kathy Smith Lift Weights to lose Weight II today.Looking forward to trying it out, hopefully tomorrow.

Workout was good - 45 min cardio, LB, abs, and even some UB work with the weight machine; no free weights, though - they really bother my right shoulder when things don't feel 100%.
Not so good on H20 - why is it so difficult to drink at least 5 glasses at work? I'm not that busy that I can't walk to the cooler. So what's the problem?
All in all, the negatives look mighty small as I write them down, so it was a good day.
