How are your June goals going?

Post below (at the June goal post) and tell all...how are you doing with it and what you might need to change or tweak a little more. Curious to know what is working and what isn't. What challenges did you face this past week? What challenges do you know you will have this week?

I don't think I posted any goals since they're always the same.....workout, eat healthy.

I was just eating a bag of Smart Pop Kettle Korn while I was reading your post. All I had today was a ff yogurt and 1/2 mango and of course, decaf tea (2), water. Just not in the mood to really eat today...just want to pick. I stir fried some broccoli and will munch on that later.


I have the WW bars...4 boxes unopened. I keep saying I will have them for a snack but keep saving them. I am weird with saving stuff.


I sure wish I had a near by buddy I see almost daily to keep me on track. I have to do better with the journaling the points. Good job with the journaling even with going over. I know I go over and won't journal. But, who is going to see it but me? I will do it from now, no matter what.

I agree Grace---the only people who will see our journals are us...so if we don't write it down because we've gone over (and I go over about 13 pts a day average)....we're kidding us :o).

I didn't post any goals except an occasional "just for today" to do better with H20. So far, I'm sticking to that - I'm almost done with my 4th 12-oz glass. I'll probably have another smaller glass before I leave the office, another 1/2-qt with my workout tonight, and probably another small glass before beddy-bye. Pretty good day compared to recent past ones.
