Is everyone still sleeping? Or are you already facing the day and up and out? It's the 3 HHH's here again today. DS has already left the premises bright and early, he has the day off from work and headed with a friend to NJ to Great Adventure...figuring he will be well fried by the time he returns this evening.
I went to bed with a headache-don't think I'm agreeing too well with the in and out of the air conditioning but was up and at it this AM with some treadmill time. I'm a bit sore from yesterday's workout but it's not that joint pain just that good sore from working some areas that obviously haven't been worked in awhile.
Miss Sunshine will be out yet again today for yet another vacation day so there will be no activity in the ring today!
Miss Patty-is the palace pool open yet? I have my towel all ready and lining up my cabana boy for the trip!!!! Hope you have plenty of fruity drinks on hand!
Well it's off to marinate my turkey cutlets that I was supposed to marinate on Monday for tonights dinner, get my snacks ready for work and solely for the fact that I can't get any more dirty laundry in the laundry chute it unfortunately has to be emptied. Just when I pretended that the laundry was done!
Hope whatever comes your way today that you can do it with a smile or as Nancy said yesterday put one there so people will wonder what you're up to! Have a great day everyone!
Susan
I'm getting a running start today. Got to work early and I've already gotten more done today than I did all day yesterday.

Story Time at 10:30, watching a friend's little girl starting around 11:15, my haircut appt at 12n (my hair stylist has a 5-yr old boy, and Allison and her friend love playing with him). I'll get a workout in - not sure if it'll be cardio or body sculpt. I'll decide when I'm ready. I'll throw in abs too.
I also haven't decided what to do for dinner yet! I wrote out my menu plan, hence the grocery trip yesterday. Again, I'll see when it gets closer to dinner time what I'm in the mood for. Can you tell I'm still a bit out of it?!

I got a running start this morning by being at the tire place before 7 for my oil change and some other services. I was finished and leaving to come back home at exactly 8. I got the dishes done and have a load of laundry going. Today, Rob and I will head to my sister's to spend the day with Lauren and the girls. We're into the sunny, thunderstorms, sunny, humid type of weather now. I was debating about mowing the lawn this morning, but think I'll do it tomorrow while Lauren is in Tallahassee.
Mom and Cheryl are driving up to Brunswick today to pick up my younger niece, Alexa, who's been staying with a friend near Charleston, SC. I would not want to have to drive around that area with the G-8

Susan, a day with Sunshine - is like a vacation day! Enjoy the respite.
Mechanical difficulties abound today. No computer until a couple minutes ago - some mysterious network trouble. The escalator from the station platform to the pay lobby was down for maintenance; why do they have to do that the morning after my best leg workouts? I don't mind the two flights up to street level, but the climb from the depths is nasty. Whiny, whiny me. Except for those couple of wrinkles, not a particularly challenging day.
Tonight is my night off from exercise, but hopefully not a total day off from healthy eating. Lunch is a mixed green salad with some kind of protein on top. Low-fat Lotsa Lemon yogurt for morning and almonds for afternoon snacks. DH and I are headed to Target tonight, so dinner will be a surprise. There's a place near Target called The Deli; they serve awesome sandwiches, salads, and other cold and hot entrees (their desserts will make the healthiest arteries snap shut!). Although I don't believe they have PB-and-banana-and-anything-else sandwiches on the menu (that discussion yesterday was entertaining!), they have old-fashioned cream-cheese-and-chopped-green-olive-and-pimento sandwiches that remind me of going out to lunch with my mom when I was a kid and seeing the ladies-who-lunch eating them. I love the combo on pumpernickel bread (ok, dark rye to some of you!). There's also a Panera, an Olive Garden, and an ersatz-Irish pub nearby, so I have a lot of choices. I know for sure that wherever I go, I'm not having any more salad!
Have a great day, everyone!

Sorry to hear about that headache; yours also, Cussette. Not the ideal way to end or start a day. Hope you both snap out of it soon.
Good morning~~we're trying a "pm" meeting instead of am to accommodate some of our art show volunteers who work.
Good mornin' all.

The palace pool was hoping to open today but work is messing that up!Plus they are calling for it to go back to 70 by Friday!!!BU**ER
At some point I need to get a weight workout done, missed that yesterday.
I'm trying to talk my sister into a trip to the beach this summer.I've never been to the beach and really want to go.So far al I can talk her into is lunch on Friday. Well, it's a start.
So nonbody else eats PB , banana and mayo???Can't imagine. Shar, you need the mayo to unstick the PB.What if I had a mouth full of PB and the phone rang and it was George and
I couldn't talk!!!!!!Too awful to even think of.
Have a great day gang!!!
