Remember when we were in school and had extra credit questions on our tests? I usually needed them!!!And of course there were always the kids who got 100+ because they knew all the answers!!!

So what are you going to do for extra credit today?Workout alittle longer?Step away from a donut?Be patient with someone who gets on your last nerve?Spend time listening to someone who just needs to talk.Sometimes we're the only one who knows we did the extra. And in grownup life maybe there isn't always credit given. But you know what you did and can feel so good about it.

So what's up today?Working out hard, taking it easy?Watching your food, eating what you want?Good weather, bad weather?

Susan, thinking about you as you go thru yet more tests.Hope these give the drs the answers they need to help you feel better.Lori, thinking about you and hoping LAD works and that this week is better.Nancy, keeping your DD in our thoughts.Yours as well, Rhonda.Shar, I've missed you but it sounds like you have had wonderful family time.Always love reading your posts.Donna, why am I still thinking of M&Ms??????Must I remind you of the impressionable thing????

Have a fantastic day gang!!!

Susan, hope your tests come back with good results -- possibly something minor that was overlooked and can be easily remedied!

Donna, you really do have a lot of temptation around you! I give you a lot of credit for resisting all that and exercising as diligently as you have. I am going to be so embarrassed to stand by you in Asheville unless I can get my butt in gear and work a miracle between now and then. Good thing I'm going for the excellent companionship and just plain fun instead of to show how "buff" (NOT!) I am. LOL!

I'd always give extra credit for mopping ANY floor! Glad you got a chance to go to the beach.

I agree about how to not eat too much. I find the most effective thing for me is to be too busy or too far from food to be able to access it. Congrats for staying within your points!

Yes--it's amazing the difference being gone from food at the "bad hour"...which for me now is 2pm-8pm LOL...I like taking the later Jazzercise class on Monday.

I'm leaving about 9:45 to meet my sister at the mall to head to Orlando. Mom is bringing her out. We'll have to run inside to 2 places first, but that's

Good Morning Everyone,

It's very humid here today and the sky is overcast like it might rain AGAIN! Thank goodness for good AC!

I've done good so far this morning with a med. bowl of plain cheerios with 1/2% milk and a mug of tea with fat free coffemate.

Hmm....exrta, as in "exertion", right? LOL

On today's agenda is a kindergarten picnic. Not sure how much "exertion" I'll get there, but I'm planning on eating! The sun is making a big effort to shine today, so we may just hit the beach after lunch.

Extra Credit.....how about if I pass on the chocolate chip cookies I have in the picnic basket?

Have a good one ladies.
