I did LowerBody:
plie' squats
then weighted squats
lunges
stiff-leg deadlifts
and calf-raises
My weighted squats really rocked. I'm finally getting good depth with them. Doing unweighted "box" squats (squating down onto a box and then up again, to help your muscles learn to go deeper and still push you up) really helped a lot. I managed to do good depth with 16Kg weight. (I really wanna get back to a gym with a good squat rack so I can work that up to 60kg ;-)
After workout snack was a small smoothie and some cashews. I'm feeling like I really got back on track nicely after a rocky start this morning. I was feeling kinda down and tired, and almost went and took a nap, but instead I made an espresso then started some good music and warmed up well before I started in on the weights.
I didn't have any twinges from the ribs today either (The push and pull workouts are still causing some reaction, but not enough to interfere with concentration or with tightening the abs).
So - how did everyone do on your workouts and eating today? Did you crash and burn? start out well but lose it at the end? Start out horribly but bring it back up again?
