I don't know anything about WW points but you've worked out once today and have had only 3.5pts?Is that enough?Glad you have an appt. set up.Please keep us updated.I had to laugh when I read your post because it included jazzecise, a trip to the prison and bellydancing.Plus a western party for tomorrow. Now that is an active and interesting life!!!!

I focused on weights today.Did a good UB workout. Not sure about cardio , maybe a run before dinner or a walk afterwards.Service guy was out early today which helped my schedule alot.He commented on what a good mood I was in and said he knew the weather had alot to do with it.I don't think he likes the heat like I do.Had lunch with my sister today. This is the 3rd Friday in a row we've done lunch and I'm really enjoying it.Today she had me laughing so hard, lots of fun.

I've spent alot of my day on the phone with insurance people.DS had an accident the other night. No one was at fault and no one was hurt.At the time the deputy that worked it and I'm not sure what his name was but DS said he was friends with the other party and they called him Dinky. So anyway Deputy Dinky said there was not enough damage to warrent a written report.WRONG!!!DS's truck frame is bent and is not driveable. He has a full week of classes coming up and I'm scrambling to get a rental. Also a woman involved in the incident said there had just been an accident in the same place a week ago.The boys involved in that had been drinking and took off thru the woods. She asked DS had he been drinking and he said "NO, just a coke".She said"Oh my gosh, please tell me you threw it out the window!!".Then it was explained to her that it was merely the soft drink coke not the drug variety.Sheesh!Never a dull moment with a teenager in the house.

Ok, back to finding a rental....and my sanity :)

Well, it was one of those Fridays and very glad that it's over! I didn't end up getting out of work until almost 5:30-I don't like when I have to stay late on Friday! I didn't end up going to the grocery store after work and still debating whether to just get it over with and go over there and then get something to eat. I'm not particulary hungry...the office kitchen was overflowing today with bagels, Krispy Kremes and a basketful of chocolates from an office down the hall that had been given this basket and they decided they're dieting and we should have it! Ended up having a sampling of everything today and water consumption was way down too and not feeling particulary inclined towards a workout this evening. It's very warm and humid and I'm feeling really lazy! So many decisions and I'm completely and totally undecided!

Deb-glad to hear you got a dr's appointment. Hope you'll get some answers!

Hope you have an enjoyable evening!

Great variety, Deb! Never a dull moment.

I got the lawn mowed today in spite of feeling sickly from this cold or bug that's coming on. My throat is draining and sore,

Glad Ryan wasn't hurt in that accident. I guess it's a sign of the times that people hear "coke" and think of the drug instead of the drink. Hope you're able to get him squared away with a rental.

I envy you having your sister there to do things with all the time. My younger sister just travels in her own world, so we don't do much except when the family gets together. My older sister (and my niece) and I would.

All in all, except for the hours between 8 and noon, and 1 and 6:30, it was a pretty good day!

Lunch was one of my favorites - grilled bluefish and asparagus. I made time for lunch; I refused to stay at my desk and work, knowing I was going to be staying late.

Got my workout in - 42 min on tread and weight machine for some LB, UB, and abs work. I was sure pounding that treadmill - worked a lot of stress out.

Dinner is VERY late, but light - salad, sweet potato, and a small serving of steak tips. Both DH and I are eating light. Getting prepared for birthday cake Saturday!

Rhonda, your minivacation sounds like it was really nice. Was it the Grand Cypress? One of my former coworkers was a golf junkie and used to go there all the time. DH and I were in FL about a hundred years ago and we stayed in Orlando right near the Wet 'n' Wild water park. Had a lot of fun. He had gone to Rollins College for his first year, so we went to visit. I thought at the time I could really enjoy living in Winter Park. Not so sure I could tolerate the heat nowadays.

The Raspberry Chocolate Cake was scrumptious - very small slice, of course. The Citrus Grilled Chicken Salad was good, but a little too spicy for me - too much cilantro. I was hungry 2 hours later, though, LOL! Anyway, I will try other selections at Applebee's later. They have a cheesecake, too, for a WW dessert! BTW, I tried one of the Smart Ones ice cream cones - yummy!!!

Well, I didn't get my workout in & I'm kind of worn out from kids and work, so I think I will mosey on to bed in hopes of getting up early for a workout. Have to work from 12-9, so it will be a long day tomorrow.

It was Marriott Cypress Harbour. Cheryl and I stayed at a Marriott closer to Wet n' Wild. It was very nice too, but the resort really had it all, including hammocks on a "beach" in their huge
