Good morning! We're suppose to finally have a day without rain and clouds!Really looking forward to it.Temps only in the 70s though.

What's on your plan for today?Getting together with family?Working out, taking it easy?

Rhonda, hope you're feeling better.Deb(dmm)missing your post, hope you're doing well.Donna, hope the Princess had a wonderful birthday!

Heading up to my parents later for a cookout then over to inlaws for a visit tonight.Probably no time for a workout so will probably make this a rest day.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Good Morning,

It's a beautiful day here. The humidity dropped yesterday and it is just gorgous here. Made blueberry pancakes for the man of the house this morning. Not sure what's in store for the rest of the day. I do have to run to Costco and Target this morning and then going to have my nails done right after and then see what DH would like to do for the rest of the day. This is his first Father's Day without his dad and even though it's been 23 years since my dad has been gone I still miss him. Two of our 3 kids are away and although he's not saying I think it's kind of sad for him. So maybe we'll take a ride somewhere and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Hope the day is a good one for you all!

After making it through the winter without so much as even a cold, I have really got it now. It has settled in my larynx the way it always does so that I have the adult version of croup. When I cough it feels as though a horse kicked me in my sacroiliac joint where I have the lower back problem. On top of that my head is so filled, sometimes it feels like when you get water up your nose when you're swimming. Lovely!! Ordinarily, I'd stay home, but since it's Father's Day and the relatives

We sacked out last night around 9pm - early for us, especially when we're here, and woke up around 6:45 this morning.
