How did your day go? Did your eating and fitness plans work out as planned or are you like me and need to recharge your battery before getting to a workout? Are you enjoying a beautiful first day of Summer? Work leave you running for the hills or was it a blissfully calm or perhaps calm before the storm?

I headed for the door at the 5PM whistle and felt like I was either leaving the insane asylum and/or the funny farm. What a day from h***! Besides being Miss Sunshines personal answering service while she chatted with her mother, friends and planned her summer vacation the people were nonstop the phones were nonstop and work endless! I definitely need to have my battery recharged before thinking about a workout this evening. Otto went garbarge picking in the kitchen garbage again, fortunately or unfortunately DD came home to the mess although she felt the need to call me at work to tell me that! I guess I was supposed to applaud the fact that she was going to clean it up. Somehow the bag of garbage ended up in the bathroom instead of the trash pail outside simply because that would have involved her moving the pail from curbside to the backyard!

Amongst the stresses and strains of a very hectic day I did discover there was chocolate in the office but never acted on the indulgence-probably because the pants I'm wearing are really not very flattering in the stomach area so I guess that was a good reminder to look but not touch! So I have had a good eating day thus far.

I'm now going to entertain the idea of preparing dinner and then walking my dumpster diving, garbarge loving dog and perhaps the thought of a decent workout will enter into my mind!

Hope you have all enjoyed your first day of summer and that Monday has treated you well. To those of you who aren't or have not been feeling well-hope you feel better soon! Jazzerdeb hope the dr's appt went well. Glad to hear that you were going inspite of the plumbing feeling better! Enjoy the rest of your day and evening!

Well, it's going to be 85 around here again and that's a heat wave for us.

Deb, when my sister had a couple ultrasounds done earlier in the year she had to drink like that too.She was able to hold it both times although she said the last time was close!Do you have someone to go with you?I'm so glad you went to the dr and hope you get answers soon. Thinking of you.

I love coming to the board and seeing an end of the day check in.Sometimes knowing I'll be checking in is what gets me to workout! It was a beautiful day here.Got out for a run and did some LB work.Had planned to have a lazy afternoon but ended up staying busy.

Food has gone ok but lots of room for improvement.I wish I could find that magic little thing that gets my eating on track!!!

You get a gold star for resisting chocolate during such a stressful day!

Winston thinks the bathroom trash can contents are gourmet. I have to be very careful what I put in there.

I've had ovarian cysts before, but didn't have the feeling you mentioned. That's not to say they can't cause it though. The dr.

Good and bad here. I was invited to attend a $500.00 a person fundraiser dinner as a guest of the campaign for Bill McCollum (running for U. S. Senate), because I've done a lot of work for him, but I'm too sick to go. It's mainly a large group of doctors at one of their homes on the river. I'm sure it's going to be beautiful. He is going to be on MSNBC's Scarborough Country tonight at 10 talking about the Clinton interview and how

I have had the ultrasound a couple of different times and yes, it is very possible to hold it.
