Good morning everyone! What's up in your corner of the world today? Are you working out or taking it easy?Anyone have a 15 min project planned for today. How's everyone's week going?

Rhonda, hope you're feeling better. Shar , hope your family is on the mend.Cussette, great workouts for you last week.BNL, has Otto been back in the trash? :)

So share all your exciting plans for today. It's a very quiet day at the palace and I'd like to at least read about some excitement!

It's very quiet in my corner of the world. Not a bad thing really.Lately I'm finding myself very content to just hang out on the farm. Think it's because I'm too lazy to clean up enough to go anywhere :)

Workout today will be a run (surprise). If it rains I may tackle the bathrooms. If not I'm going to work in the yard.Maybe just to take the excitement level up a notch or two I'll put some wild polish on the piggies!!!

Have a great day!

Good Morning,

It is Wassup Wednesday but my mind keeps telling me it's Thursday those little voices do have a bad habit of causing confusion of the brain-that's just not a good thing. We've gone back to the gray and dreary weather with the humidity going up and that makes me very sleepy! Otto hasn't been in the trash but apparently his couple of days of dumpster diving has caused some tummy distress! He was out a couple of times during the night just roaming around and that always happens after those binges-I tell ya either you're waiting for a dog to woof or scratch to come in during the night or waiting for a teenager to insert a key into the lock-either way I think I should learn to get a good nights sleep with one eye open!

Today is DH's birthday so not sure whether a workout will be on the agenda or not. I'm planning on picking up a Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream Cake after work to celebrate his special day.

Nothing else new or exciting on the agenda today! Hope you all have a great day!

well, today, i'm doing my usual weights... ;-) i love weightlifting. today is "push" day. then i get to go out to dinner tonight with Alex and his son.

last night, Alex went over to watch the soccer championships with his dad, so i did my weights then. i've decided i really don't like working out that late (8:45pm) if i can avoid it.

my "exciting news" is that i'm negotiating with a couple personal trainers to get some actual training on this stuph while i'm in minneapolis. i want to have someone who knows work with me to make sure i'm doing all the lifts right, so i can work on going heavy.

Well, no excitement in my post! Just a day in the life of a SAHM. Story Time for the kiddo, lunch with a friend, then her gymnastics camp.

I didn't work out yesterday as planned. Just seemed to have other things as a priority (October t-shirts, grocery shopping), and by night time I was too bushed. Anyway, plan to do the Body Sculpt (UB/LB) today sometime.

I'll finish up photo album captions for 2002 today, and study my paint chips which I also didn't do yesterday. I'll take my Bible Study stuff to the library while Allison is in story time.

Hope it works out for you to be able to train with the personal trainers while you're here. I know you'll love that!

We REALLY do appreciate the time you put into researching and doing the color combos on the T-shirts. I know it's time consuming, but having visuals and definite numbers is such a help.

Enjoy your dinner with DD and SIL this evening and all the rest of your stops on your circuit today.

I wanted rain too, but we're getting such storms that I wouldn't mind a little break. The lightning is awesome to see. At least in Florida, most of the summer rains tend to come and go, so the whole day isn't dreary. I'd be glad to send you some of this rain.

I heard on TV the other day that most of the nation has been warmer than usual except Florida, which really shocked me. I've heard so many of you on the board talk about how cool it's been, and we've had a very hot May and June. I wonder if he had it backwards...
