Hey, Princess and everyone! I, too, hope everyone feels better soon - these summer respiratory infections are so miserable!

Yesterday, I didn't have time to post my workout - work was SO busy. I did do a powerwalk and today I'm doing the Firm Body Sculpt. DS has his first All Stars game tonight and I get to watch. Have to work tomorrow from 12-9 but I get Sunday off so I can go to church.

Have a fun Friday everyone!

Good Morning,

Sand, hammocks, beach? What a perfect way and place to describe me today. I feel so incredibly LAZY! Unfortunately I need to go to work! I can only hope that in my present state work will not require too much of my brain nor require it to work too hard. In my present state a workout is the last thing on my mind for the day. I really need to get a grocery list together for after work and as suspected DS came home with a full suitcase of dirty laundry and some of it very dirty laundry as they had rain the first 3 days they were there but played golf in the rain and they also did some mountain biking-and I've seen him after those adventures so unfortunately opening the laundry chute to see what it holds may be considered an adventure! As you can tell Friday Fun doesn't really sound very appealing at the moment! That's about all the exciting news I can conjure up this morning!

Hope you all have some Friday Fun and have a fantastic day!

Hurrah - I slept well last night! Feel much more energetic and revived today.

Got a friend visiting this morning with her two boys. Her 5-yo Andrew and Allison are great buddies, probably the first child either of them truly played *with* and enjoyed one another rather than just playing alongside but not interacting. (They've known each other for 4-1/2 years!) ...I've got to share this picture. This is from Halloween 2 years ago when we had playgroup at a friend's house. It's a little fuzzy and dark because my flash was acting up, but it's still cute. Allison and Andrew, aka Cinderella and Woody, held hands and started twirling around in circles, chanting "We got married, we got married!" As a side note, his mom later told me that on the way home, Andrew said in a country accent "Welp, I did it. I done got married!" ROTFL!

At 1pm, I WILL REMEMBER to take Allison to her last day of gymnastics camp. The last 45 minutes they have a presentation. Dad won't be able to take off, so I'll be manning the camcorder as well as the camera - should be interesting. Which reminds me, I need to recharge the battery.

I'll get a workout in today, probably Cardio - my arms are still sore from weight work on Wednesday. Dinner, probably take out from the Sub sandwich shop down the road. Haven't done that for about a month. Gotta get some bills paid too, plus an order in for Penzey's spices.

No big plans upcoming this weekend.

Good morning! Still sick here, but going to ride down to the St. Augustine Outlets with my mom this morning. She bought a Bose CD/radio, and the radio doesn't sound right, so now she's got to return it. I'm running late getting ready.

A good friend has decided to run for Republican Florida State Committeewoman and has asked me to be her co-volunteer coordinator. I had told her I'd do whatever I could to support her, so I will. I think we'll have our first meeting about it next week. Sure hope I'm over whatever this is by then.

Can't exert myself a lot or I get short of breath and clammy, so I won't do a lot of physical things today. Weather looks like a repeat of the last couple of weeks.

I am glad it's Friday, so maybe we can hit the beach tomorrow.

Have a good day everyone.

Hope you feel better soon, Rhonda! Get some rest today so you can enjoy the beach this weekend. Is Rob having a good summer? Danny continues to fish whenever we take him & is busy with All Stars baseball. Other than that, he doesn't seem to be interested in anything else. Not a very multi-faceted child, I'm afraid! LOL!!

How exciting to help in your friend's run for office!

I'm so glad your boss became clued in on the fact that he was putting too much on you!! Sometimes bosses can surprise us! Hey, your weekend sounds fun - I love going to the library. The Jazz and Yoga sound great too! Good for you for stocking up on good things to eat & drink! I will send some good vibes up there to you - while I'm at it, I wish you have lots of great weather this weekend!

I'm here for you, although I get weak on the food thing too! I did stock up on "Lean Cuisines" as I just don't have time to cook. No excuses for me to not eat right!

Love,

Kat
