Good Morning,
Will it be a Monday that has you wondering where the weekend went and now you're headed back to work? Or do you feel relaxed and ready to start the week? Do you need to get yourself and your thinking back on track? Or are you just steady as you go? Thoughts of kicking it up a little or a lot? Whatever the day holds I hope that the week is starting off on a good note and that you can greet the day with a smile and face the challenges of the week ahead! Have a good day everyone!

It was a busy weekend and I do wonder where the weekend time goes! I was feeling vastly overwhelmed yesterday morning and was glad that I took some TCOS (take care of Susan time) yesterday afternoon. It put things back in perspective and I'm feeling much better this morning. I'm only working Mon, Tues, Wed this week as I had vacation days left over from last year and I'm taking advantage of that fact this week and will make for a 5 day weeked-sort of a mini vacation!
Weights workout will be on the agenda this evening after the post dinner Otto walk. Better eating and exercise need to get back on the agenda today. I didn't do very well in either department last week.
I'm trying to take care of a few household chores this morning including iron something to wear to work that doesn't look like I slept in it :)! So off to slay dragons and conquer the world. Hope you all have a day full of good things and don't let Monday Madness drive you mad!

Nancy, the eating thing is tough. I've been so bad too. I'd eat out all the time if I could. I just don't like to cook any more, so then I tend to eat whatever is handy and easy, which is often high calorie or high carb (or both). At least you've been excellent about exercising, so I commend you for that.
Hope
