Tomorrow is the end of June - including today, that's two days left to finish off June on a positive note! If you started off the week on the upswing, are you going to continue? If you didn't get done yesterday what you wanted to, are you going to put your best foot forward and give it a top-notch effort?

I started off the week accomplishing a few things, and hope to accomplish a few more things today, like finishing laundry and doing the vacuumming. I'm a bit behind on my Bible study, so that's on the slate today. Workout, well, I didn't get up to run this morning, so I'll either do that tonight (yeah, right - it'll be too hot), or I'll do a good bit of the Cardio routine and add extra UB work. I want to finish off June better than I started.

  • Grace, hope you're turning the corner on the mulligrubs.
  • Rhonda, continue to rest - and hope you mend from your brochitis/asthma in short order.
  • Donna, how's that thumb?
  • Deb (dmm), we'd love to hear an update on your job situation.

Go out and make today happen!

Rhonda, be sure and get enough rest in between lunch and laundry!

Will keep your dad in my prayers that they will find something they can fix Friday! I hope this will be good news for him.

Well....look at you being a regular yoga participant! That is good you won't have to reserve a spot anymore. I think yoga beats out housework any day! Glad you are able to go back to Jazzercise and are enjoying it!

You sound perky like the birds today yourself! I will send good eating vibes your way with the food at the meetings.

It is so stressful dealing with banks and companies and trying to straighten things out! Half the day can be spent on the phone and on HOLD!! Thanks for your nice post to me on my terrible day. It helped!

Look at you cardiocleaning the house. I like that...it sounds better than speed cleaning! Healthier too!

Good luck to son's team and enjoy the game tomorrow.

Sounds like you are doing a little better with all your rest and meds, Rhonda! A nice relaxing lunch out is something DR Grace would order. Enjoy!

Hope the coughing doesn't keep you from resting but it usually means things are moving out.

Also..hope that is the answer for your Dad's fluctuating bp. Who would have thought a blocked artery to the kidney? Learn something new every day.

Try to keep following doctor's orders and REST!!

Sharing the workload is so much better than doing it alone. And you get to see the church community and visit a little. It has to be a good feeling to see the grounds of the church looking good and knowing you had a hand in it.

Hope your shoulders don't get worse with the mowing! Try a couple of ibuprophen before you go. Good job on the good eating yesterday.

Looks like you are going to make it

Donna has a technicolor thumb! I broke my right thumb twice with 3 preschoolers in the house and I do know how hard it is to do stuff. The worst was changing the youngest's diapers and using diaper pins! Pampers didn't work well then and I needed pins to keep them closed on her skinny little thigh. Hope the advil works.

Glad you didn't get caught in the storm. Safety is better than getting fit in a storm...so better safe than sorry.

Have a good walk tonight with DH

It sure came down here last night Susan. I am glad...don't have to use the sprinklers on the lawn. IT was cool and beautiful this morning...trying to enjoy it before the 3H's hit!

Hope you have a good day at work! It is nice to know you have a long weekend ahead!

Sure hope you get that hammock time in today, Patty! You deserve it with all the work in CL and the consistent workouts. I bet you are in great shape from this June!

Yep...make it happen while the nice weather is here! You certainly are with 2 workouts planned for today.
