Like Rhonda said, follow your heart. Hubby will get over it. I know he is over whelmed at the shop and its kind of how things go for us. Sometimes I just wish I could hit him over the head with a 2 X 4 to wake him up. Wake him up towards me, I do not think he likes me being independant. I made arrangements for Katie to be with my mom with my sisters kids. Not her favorite thing to do but she will be fine. Having my morning tea and then going to wake Helen and get this day truely started. I can not say how much I miss these ladies with them living in Florida. Going last night to Starbucks and having Maria's mom come with us, made me feel good. It was the right thing, they needed us. We needed us. We really were laughing hard in Starbucks, I am sure we turned a few heads. Maria's mom made it a point to tell both Helen and I that after the funeral she was having something back at her house just for "family" and she wants us there. So I already have givin my mom and Bill the heads up that I will not be right home.
For obvious reasons there will be no exercise and I am not sure about my food. I will try my best. June was not the greatest but July has to be. September is creeping up quickly and that dress will be here in August. Which will be upon us faster then I want. Hope you all have a great day. Enjoy the beautiful weather, its perfect here.

It is another beautiful day here. Just love this weather we've been having! The last day of work until next Tuesday!!!! I'll have to make sure all the loose ends are tied up so there are no unexpected emergencies!
DH is going for a prostate biopsy this evening. My workout may be to drag him to the car kicking and screaming. Not that I don't commiserate with having to have this done but his attitude towards it...well I won't get into that but it has provoked more than one heated discussion. Because the dr truly doesn't know what's causing or if there is a problem he just needs to rule things out and he's been putting off having this done probably about 2 years. So please think good thoughts.
Certainly nothing wild going on in this neck of the woods but do plan on it being a wonderful day--hope yours is too!

Sitting on a slightly sore rear end from not sure what at the personal training.
Today is my last day at home for the week and kids are coming on Friday night or Saturday night so I need to really 'kick butt' in the cleaning house/mowing department.

GORGEOUS day here. This summer has been so comfortable, I'm getting used to it. When the constant muggies hit, so will the constant complaining.
No walk at lunchtime - I'm seeing the dental hygienist mid-afternoon, so I'll make that my lunch hour since it's near work. I can grab a quick salad on the way back to my cell - er, my cube.
Practicing my whine to convince DH to go out to eat tonight. With the Red Sox stumbling and bumbling their way through Yankee Stadium, he may decide to punish himself again tonight and watch the whole game, but I might be able to convince him they're not worth sacrificing the opportunity to have a nice meal cooked by someone else. Takeout is also a possibility; if that's the case, I'll find something to read while he's engrossed.
Workout tonight - treadmill and LB weight work. No excuse for ignoring those parts!
Technicolor digit still bruised, overall swelling continues to recede, but the pain and stiffness is worse even with the better support. Despite my klutziness, I've managed to avoid such injuries most of my life. Is this the normal sprain reaction?
Have a good one, everybody!

I would highly recommended padded bike shorts for your spinning class if you don't want your derriere to get any sorer. They make a world of difference. Keep up the good work with WW.

Last 4th of July weekend was my downfall for the South Beach Diet. Haven't been able to stick with it since, so I can understand how you're feeling about eating over the holiday.
Happy to hear you're having such good weather and have been able to get so much done outside.
