Margie, I agree that knowing my hormones are causing the moods,cravings and fatigue does help.Great job on eating well, that is my struggle.Always love seeing a post from you.

Lots of prayers and good thoughts for your DD. It's so very difficult to see our children in pain or distress and not being able to make it all better for them. I really hope she's able to find the source of the problem and she can at least be made more comfortable.

I'm in Hong Kong, so it wasn't a big weekend for me. 1st July was a national holiday but not a big eating day - the main event of the day was a massive demonstration in support of further democracy here.

I start a new Pilates class this morning (Wednesday here). My normal Pilates teacher is overseas until October so I am going with another teacher whom she recommends. The style is somewhat different: 'traditional' rather than 'contemporary', whatever that means! I guess I'll see in an hour's time.
