Wonderful Wednesday

How you doin? Is it looking like it will be a wonderful Wednesday or is it one of those days where you're really going to have to make it a wonderful day? Is part of your day changing one thing like Linda suggested yesterday. I thought that was a great idea. Sometimes looking at the whole day ahead can seem rather overwhelming but I guess there's always one thing that we could change. Even if it's not in the eating/exercise department, maybe there's a little change in our attitude or our attitude towards others that can make a difference in your day or someone else's day.
Do you have a workout completed, planned or still thinking about it? Thinking about what's on today's menus?
Whatever your plans hope it is a Wonderful Wednesday!

It is another beautiful sunny blue skied morning. I'm having a bit of trouble getting my act together since sleep seemed to be rather elusive last night. The big mean snoring machine was actively engaged last night and then it seemed like when I finally did sleep it was very light and anything but restful. Bit of nerves I guess. I'm going into work until about 12:30 and then off for my test, that again I haven't studied for! My boss has generously given me the afternoon off-really nice of him considering I took 2 days off last week. After this is over this afternoon I plan on a very quiet afternoon with perhaps a nap thrown in. Still thinking about the workout and probably won't make a decision on that until later on. I'm Trying to keep on the keep away from the sugar thing again today-worked yesterday so hoping it will again today!
Hope you all enjoy a great and Wonderful Wednesday!

Good morning Susan and all.
It's a little chilly here this morning and we have fog.

So, regrouping today. I'm going to do Cardio, since I've not run since Saturday and feel I need the cardio. It probably won't be until this evening, though. Breakfast this morning, second day of NOT having a Pop-Tart!, was 1/2 English muffin with peanut butter, a scrambled egg, plenty of watermelon and a tall glass of milk. Dinner will be tuna cakes, peas and rice. Haven't decided about lunch yet, though it'll include a protein shake.
Sometime today, I've got to do some menu planning for the next week - I'm on my last meal from the previous meal list. I also want to work on a USA t-shirt for MIL; she's been admiring ours and suggested me making her one as a birthday gift. Bit o' Bible study today, and I'm getting ready to call a friend to see if she'd like to drop her DD off here for a half-day, and we'll go swimming.

Looks like it's going to be a lovely day, so I'm going to see if I can get my walker coworker to take a hike with me today at lunchtime. A nice stroll up one of the lesser inclines to the top of Beacon Hill, then down the other side and along the Charles River sounds mighty appealing. Might not come back to work....
Last night was healthy eating, but kind of a so-so workout. I was lazy and didn't put a lot of oomph into it. Need to do better today - cardio and LB. Also, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I missed not having my salad at lunch yesterday, so I'll get myself one loaded with good stuff on the way back from my walk (assuming I go) and munch on it throughout the afternoon.
Going to check the ret of your posts. Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Good morning to you all! It's a beautiful day here too, but pretty hot and kind of muggy already. I'm pretty sure we'll have our afternoon storms again, which is actually a good thing to keep the lawns and other plants from burning up.
I've been sorting through a mountain of papers and magazines, putting the papers in various folders and determining which magazines I haven't finished and which I can give away. It's a job I really don't like, which is why things get to this point. I have been making some good headway with projects like that this week. Today, I'll get the floor project finished after a break from it yesterday. I got a lot of data entry and organization by groups done yesterday, although I'm not finished. Did get the first campaign email sent out, so I feel good about that. We're rolling!
I WILL eat healthy today. Haven't decided exactly what it will be yet. I need to look through some of the recipes in The Hamptons Diet book for some ideas. They do have a good dessert one I want to try that's kind of a substitute for cheesecake! Need to get out to Costco for some of their giant bags of almonds. I'm sure Rob will have somewhere that we "need" to go today too. I'd better enjoy it, because tomorrow night he takes off again. He's been gone so much this summer, and it will be over before we know it because school starts Aug. 9th here! Tonight is his guitar lesson.
Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday.

Hi, all! We are having wonderful weather here and I took advantage of it and went out for a walk. Funny...I was thinking about the board and all of you while I was walking and I felt like I was doing it for all of you and I couldn't let you down by not doing a good job. Unfortunately, about 2 miles into the walk, the neuroma started to really "pain" me and I

Hi, Susan...good luck with the test! Maybe it is a good thing we don't have to study for those kind of tests. Congrats on staying away from the sugar yesterday...I will send you good vibes to make it two days in a row. I do know about snoring machines...heartfelt sympathy is sent to you! Thank goodness for a comfortable couch when there are nights like that.
Nice boss you have there. I am sure he values your work and that is why is being so nice to you about taking time off when you need it. Hope you get your nap in.
