Wonderful Wednesday

How you doin? Is it looking like it will be a wonderful Wednesday or is it one of those days where you're really going to have to make it a wonderful day? Is part of your day changing one thing like Linda suggested yesterday. I thought that was a great idea. Sometimes looking at the whole day ahead can seem rather overwhelming but I guess there's always one thing that we could change. Even if it's not in the eating/exercise department, maybe there's a little change in our attitude or our attitude towards others that can make a difference in your day or someone else's day.

Do you have a workout completed, planned or still thinking about it? Thinking about what's on today's menus?

Whatever your plans hope it is a Wonderful Wednesday!

Hey, Lori! Did I notice you are cl for the yoga board now too!!! Wow, girl...you really took on alot. Anyway, good luck with all the boards.

Hope work isn't too overwhelming and it is a small bump in the road right now for you. All you can do is take it one thing at a time. The pile of work WILL go down...just think slow and steady.

Just don't understand the weather pattern all over the US. Seems everyone is having unseasonable weather. Nature will get it right eventually...LOL!

Try to have a good day and enjoy your yoga class tonight.

Good for you for getting so much done, Rhonda! I don't know how you do it with just being sick, your volunteer work and projects! Don't overdo now...don't want to see you sick again.

Costco has such good prices on those big bag of nuts. I buy them and keep them in the spare fridge to have on hand all the time. I do have to stay out of that place...I always spend too much!

Have a good day and I hope the rains keep coming to keep your garden in good shape after all the work you put into it.

DH is , of all things, using the computer for work today!!!!I tried to explain the urgent need to post but I don't think he gets it.So between him on the computer, thousands of chickens and endless calls from George I haven't made it to the computer til now. What's a woman to do? :)

I'm heading out now and going to try to do a run. It's cooled off some and I'm hoping for a long one.

I haven't had a chance to read posts yet. Hope everyone is doing well today. I'll try to pitch a royal fit later and get my computer back.Maybe I'll break something in CL and have DH go fix it to get him out of the house.

2.5 days and no chips. So far I've given up chocolate, now chips; what's next????

It's still early in Hawaii and it IS going to

be a wonderful Wednesday.

In about an hour I'll take off for Curves, where

I love to intensify all my routines to keep

my THR at 75-80%. The gals there are wonderful

and yackity, so it makes it all the more fun.

Its just a block away from me, yet I totally ignored

it for the 3 years its been there(until 2 mos ago), as well as

ignoring the 24Hour Fitness gym 2 blocks away,

tho I was a member of it before I decided to

"relax" 2.5 years ago.

My eating plan for today is just to eat in moderation.

I don't desire sweets as much as I used to before and even

if something with a sugar-sub tastes sweet...oh yuck!

So the above helps. But not on my "off" days, lol.

Yesterday I took in 1200 calories, it was hard to go

from 900 to 1200 because I just was not hungry enough,

and I didn't just want to put junk in my system.

I plan to take in about 1200 every day for the next

2 weeks but not on July 11 because that's a party

day in my family :)

Today I'll go to the Japanese Veggie place after

the workouts to see if there is anything interesting

and good for moderation eating.

Dinner will be leftovers; not too bad.

Hugs to all,

.

Sounds like your best choice is to run away with George...

Better late then never. I am going to post first and then read what everyone else had on their calendars for the day. Got up with a killer head ache, took some Advil and made some tea. Did some bill paying and desk organizing before heading into the shower. Had to work today and I knew between today and Friday Steve has quite a few things he needs done. Today is my middle son's birthday, he is 15 years old. We are going to dinner at a Mexican resturant, when Bill and big brother get home. No exercise but maybe after the kids are in bed I might be able to convince Bill to take a walk, even if only around the block.
