sonogram! I am so glad you are feeling better about it all. What a great doctor you have to help put your mind at ease that a lot of things were eliminated.

I was told to get an endometrial biopsy after my sonogram. I understand it is a "quick office proceedure". I ended up not doing it since the sonogram was ok. Is this the type of biopsy you were referring to? Just curious.

Anyway...glad you are feeling better.

Thanks Grace. Yes it was good news and felt such a sense of relief knowing that I didn't have to wait the weekend and that it's most likely not one of the more serious issues. Yes it is an endometrial biopsy and I am going to have it since I've been experiencing things that have never happened before. From a medical standpoint she thought it was necessary and that there could be issues that could be cleared up. At this point I have had so many unresolved issues that I feel I need to do whatever it takes to see if there are still issues to be dealt with. I just don't want anymore "ifs" floating around. If there's nothing that's great but if there is I would like to deal with it. So that's my story!

I so agree that the biopsy will answer your questions further. You don't need "ifs" floating around. The more things that can be cleared up the better. If I didn't have such a good result from the sonogram, I probably would have had one too. Also, all those strange happenings with my body stopped and now I seem to be post menopausal for about a year and half, thank goodness. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Since I wasn't pushed into it, I opted out (for now). I also didn't care for my doctor. The one I liked retired and I haven't found one I like since. I may have to try Deb's doctor. DD went to her and liked her, so I do have an option. The nicest part is that the doc is a she!!!!

Keep the faith!!

Grace I did not know your dd went to see Dr. O'Sullivan. I am glad she liked her, I think you will too. Give her a try.
