I have never agreed with generic always being an exceptable substitute for a brand. Years ago I was on a long acting medication for migraines and at one point was switched to a generic form. The time release was just different enough to worsen the migraine.I always find it interesting that men have so many opinions regarding hormones.Yes, it could be something else. But common sense tells you that when you have that much of a change in your body you look for what meds you may have changed during the course of the symptoms.Seems a pharmacist would realize this.
Good for you for looking into the problem and being so up on your body and health.I'm so sorry you've had to go thru this. With the reaction your body has had to the switch I imagine you must be feeling lousy. And the mental can be as bad as the physical.Hope the change over helps you feel better soon.
What an ordeal, Booty!!! Yeah, men are quite good at scratching & boob-tube viewing. I'm so glad your doctor knew to switch you back! Hope you feel better soon.
Thanks for asking Patty.
