Good morning, everyone! How are you feeling? Isn't it wonderful that it's mid week? It's all downhill now! What have you planned for today? What's the workout plan?

Today, I'm going to have a workout festival! DS & team won their game last night, but they play so early today that I won't be able to see it, so I opted to stay home. Workouts today are: Firm Body Sculpt, a gigantic powerwalk or maybe treadmill at the fitness club, and I am going to get my Pilates cd out tonight. A friend gave me a cute capri outfit in baby blue that I'm going to wear today. They were too small for her - aren't friends nice?

Hey Kat, Congratulations to Danny and his team! Has Danny been able to play? I know you had said that he had to sit out a game because of injuries. Good luck to them today!

Thank you, Susie! Yes, he played last night & got a good hit (he has a pulled muscle in his back that hasn't been able to heal & he has a stress fracture in is arm, so he can't pitch right now). The game he sat out was the one they lost, ironically, although I'm sure that wasn't the reason they lost, LOL! I think I'm going to check out the glucosamine today after reading the posts from Phyllis & Booty on it. I have a bad lower back from an injury myself & I wonder if it would help my ds.

Looks like we were typing about the same time. I tend to write my message, read it through, then go back and edit once or twice.

I feel more energetic today than I did yesterday or the day before, though since I laid awake for about an hour last night, I didn't get up when The Cus did to go running. That means cardio tonight. I miss running, but it's so blasted hot any other time during the day.

That's some workout you've got planned, Kat. Go for it!
