Good morning, everyone! How are you feeling? Isn't it wonderful that it's mid week? It's all downhill now! What have you planned for today? What's the workout plan?
Today, I'm going to have a workout festival! DS & team won their game last night, but they play so early today that I won't be able to see it, so I opted to stay home. Workouts today are: Firm Body Sculpt, a gigantic powerwalk or maybe treadmill at the fitness club, and I am going to get my Pilates cd out tonight. A friend gave me a cute capri outfit in baby blue that I'm going to wear today. They were too small for her - aren't friends nice?

I feel more energetic today than I did yesterday or the day before, though since I laid awake for about an hour last night, I didn't get up when The Cus did to go running. That means cardio tonight. I miss running, but it's so blasted hot any other time during the day.
