Good morning everyone!Hope everyone is doing well today. Can you believe we are halfway thru another month?

What's on your schedule for today?Another busy day at work?Time for a workout?Something fun planned for today?

What's on your thankful list today? As much as I joke about looking for excitement there is something to be said for the same routine that you can count on.Coming to the board and reading everyone's thankfuls is something I look forward to.Puts it all in perspective.

Donna, hope work eases up some.Phyllis, hope you have a safe trip and a wonderful time.Booty, how are you feeling?Susan, after your day yesterday I hope you have a blissfully quiet day today.Rhonda, hope you're closer to getting that computer fixed.Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Hi, Patty and everyone. Yes, another extremely busy day for me. I woke up queasy so I'm not sure I am going to ds' games tonight in Grand Prairie. I'd have to leave at 5 after work & then I'd miss the first game. If they lose, there is no second game & they're out. If they win, the second game is at 8 & I'd drive back and wouldn't make it home until 2 a.m.! I'm debating, though, as I miss my punkin' boy. Nancy, in answer to your question about ds' stress fracture, he takes Aleve before games. It does hurt when he throws, so he can't pitch right now. I have heard those stress fractures sometimes never heal.

Thankful for my ds is first on my list. Thankful for my family, friends and health.

I'm heading out for a 3 mile powerwalk. I'm not sore from my 3 hours of workouts last night, but they were tough! I enjoyed being a "warrior".

Have a great Thursday, everyone!

I have birds going and birds staying today so I'll mostly be around here today.Suppose to be a beautiful day.We had storms come thru yesterday with wind, hail and rain.Took the humidity away that has been incredible the past few days.Hoping to head to the track at some point. Got a Anthony Robbins cd yesterday and I want to listen to that while I run.

Thankful that we had no damage from the storms. Was just watching the news and see where some towns were hit hard by storms.

Mornin'All,

Feeling much better this morning...after the dust settled yesterday I confined myself to the couch, TV and had DS fly for takeout last night.

Thankful that "the test" is over and done with.

Thankful for a wonderful doctor and nurse yesterday who made me feel very comfortable during a very uncomfortable experience.

Thankful for the understanding boss who always gives me the extra time off.

Thankful for family and friends.

The rain and thunderstorms that rumbled through last night has lowered the humidity and made the skies turn blue again. I'll be trying for some type of afterwork workout just not sure what it will be yet.

Patty-hope everything is CL goes smoothly! Kat-good luck to Danny and the team today and hope your queasiness settles! Nancy enjoy your girlfriend time today and Lori my sympathy to you and DH for his dental woes and hope that you find your desk!

Hope your day is filled with good things.

I'm thankful for health and motivation, even when I'm not motivated, LOL! I still didn't sleep all that well last night, but had gone to bed thinking "I'm going to get up early tomorrow" since I didn't get a workout in yesterday. I got up at 6:20 and was out the door around 6:25 for a morning run. Did about 3.2 miles, 30-35 minutes. That was motivation #1. Motivation #2 was Bible study... it was one of those days where I felt half-hearted about it, and now I'm so glad I went, what a blessing. Motivation #3 & #4 for today are finishing up the laundry and doing the vacuuming. Do I *feel* like doing it? No, but I just know I'll get it done.

Thankful that my husband got recognized for the effort he's put in to a certain aspect of his job that seldom gets recognized. It was just a blurb in the company newsletter, but boost nontheless.

Thankful that my daughter is, overall, looking forward to Kindergarten. She had a good dream about it last night.

Thankful that changing up my eating habits and turning my back on what I know sabotages a healthier eating plan has been as easy as it has. Might have something to do with rededicating my health to the Lord.

I just shared my workout. I also need to make two phone calls, one to a friend, and one to a new neighbor to see if she'd like to get together - she's got a little girl who'll be starting K this fall too.

Tax assessor's meeting was just a prelim, just double-checking the records to make sure everything is accurate, nothing has changed since last time. Now I get to submit the "official" form with my objections and documentation. No big deal, because I was prepared to do that yesterday. Difference in the square footage is partially due to rounding (their system only takes whole numbers), partially due to exterior measurements vs. interior living space. The assessor will meet me half-way on the difference, so that helps.
