Okay, dumb question about sports bras

I'm not sure if it'd be enough support for running, but certainly for my weight work. I wouldn't mind having another back up. It's just as difficult to get off when I'm all sweaty from a workout as one of my sports tops!

Can't be a dumb question because I don't have an answer for it. I think you should do what you are comfortable with because I have seen those sports bras worn alone like a bathing suit top would be. You do your weight work at home, right? So, you could wear for that with no problem.
