Let me wipe the drool off before I post.Let's see if I can take the excitement level up another notch.Let's see I worked in CL, cleaned the bathroom, vaccumed the living room.I was in a "Flo is coming and it's raining" kind of mood so I ended up going for a run in the rain.I came in and finished my run on the treadmill and cranked the speed up to see if it would run the moodieness out.I got on a health kick and ate oatmeal.....cookies.I really wanted something good to eat , like donuts or chips, but I was too lazy to go uptown to get any.I did finally get some weights done and I'm thinking about taking a walk in a bit just to get out.Gee, my heart races just thinking about my day!I may have to start making things up.

Got in early enough from the concert last night to catch a decent amount of sleep, met my friend for coffee today at 715 am (need infusion of coffee) and we did our personal training session.

Your day sounds just fine to me. Couldn't be as envious as mine. Got through my classes even though I was tired and didn't get my nap in and my energy was down. I did well eating until I got home around 7:30 for dinner. I was so hungry, I just couldn't stop eating. There goes my good eating week down the drain. But, I will get back on track tomorrow and go to bed really soon so I will not eat anymore.

The day has been good in spite of Flo being rather unkind. She's deposited a lot of baggage that I'd really rather not be carrying and lots of aches and pains all over and all I can say I'm very thankful for the makers of Advil and think it's time for 2 more. In spite of it all, I went for a great 3 mile walk this evening. The temperature was just right for picking up the pace a bit. My chicken and shrimp jambayla was great and thankfully I remembered to call home to have someone plug in the crockpot. It's great to assemble all the ingredients and then forget to plug it in so dinner can actually cook-senior moments and Flo what a dynamic duo they make!

Ok, I'm ready for the Advil and my bed and maybe some reading although I think it's going to be an early night.

Hope your evening is a good one and you enjoy a good night's sleep!

I had a good Thursday, Nancy. Not as much excitement as you had, but I managed . No fire drills at work, so I was able to accomplish the cleanup I wanted to. Did you know I have a desk? I found it under that mess.

I ate well all day, then Starbucks ambushed me on the way home and I couldn't get around it, so I had a liquid treat and just put it out of my mind.

I got home and got DH's dinner going, then headed for the dungeon for what I hoped would be a dead serious workout. It was. I haven't been on the treadmill for more than 3.5 miles in a while, but I did it tonight, with 8 degree elevations and lunges sprinkled throughout. Then I did my weight work and surprised myself with a solid, all-over workout, UB, LB, and abs, using the weight machine and freeweights. I feel absolved of my poor-attitude workout from Wednesday night. I hope I can keep this up for a few weeks.

Headed for dreamland in a moment. Have lovely dreams, everyone!
