Glad to see you wre able to get the kinks worked out and were able to post again. It just kills me when I can't get online.
It's great that you're doing the Relay for Life walk. Hope you have good weather for it and that it's enjoyable. We'll be eager to hear how you do.
Things are crazy in some areas down here. We had 3 tornadoes touch down around here, but not at my house. I don't know how strong they were, but don't think they were very large. Meanwhile, downstate in the Keys and around Tampa and Ft. Myers, hundreds of thousands of people have been evacuated since Charley turned into a Category 3 hurricane. Central FL is supposed to get hit pretty hard. That's where Erin is, but at least she's inland. Those barrier islands and Keys are extremely dangerous places to be under these conditions -- nice places to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there. We'll be getting a lot of rain tomorrow. Haven't heard what the predicted winds are. Rob is nagging, nagging, nagging about going surfing Sat. even if it's raining, beucause it's going to be "churnin," but I told him no way if it's raining. I'm not sitting out in the rain for hours or sitting in a steamy car that long.
We've got a leak in a skylight. How's that for timing? Just what we need with two storms approaching, and it has to be dry to be repaired. Ah, the joys of home ownership... I did get the blowing finished today just as ominous black clouds and tons of thunder brought a bit of rain. It actually passed fairly quickly.
Hope everyone had a good day. Think I'll go read a while before bed.

I didn't get around to working out until the PM. After getting offline yesterday, it took 4 hours to (1) do the menu planning, (2) make the grocery list, and (3) go grocery shopping. After putting away most, but not all, of the groceries it was time to pick up Allison! We had a downpour, about 1-1/2" in 20 minutes while I was at the store. Anyway, we had chicken quesadillas with refried beans for dinner. My dessert was a handful of trail mix - with M&Ms :^). I got in 45 minutes of Body Sculpting, though I switched to lighter weights for the leg presses. I figured I hadn't done this for about 2-1/2 weeks and I didn't want to wear out in the middle of the first leg. Good thing, because I would've given out!

No workout for me Thursday. We had to do a Costco run to replace some essentials we had run out of. I guess the race through the store and the jog across the parking lot in the sudden cloudburst could count as an aerobic burst.
