I forgot to tell you that the first lap of the relay was the survivors of cancer.

You should be proud! I am so proud of you!!!!!First for giving your time to such a good cause. Then when I read how much you walked I was so impressed. Then I read you jogged at the end. And THEN I read about the age of the women you walked/jogged with!!That is fantastic, Nancy!!You make us Fit and Over 40 women proud!!!

Last year in our local paper they had a picture of cancer survivors who did a Relay for Life and it was very moving to see them do the first lap.

Hope you catch up on your rest and aren't too sore tomorrow.

You have good reason to be proud -- fabulous accomplishment and for such a great cause! And, WOW! for your total steps walked. I walked 5 1/2 hours today, and my hips are sore. I can only imagine what I'd feel like if I walked for that many hours.

WISH I were only 5 lbs. overweight. Your extra 5

Congratulations, Nancy, for your kind heart, your determination, and your stamina! More than 60,000 steps? And jogging at the end? Amazing. You've done the FOF women proud...
