Good morning everyone! So what would it take to make today a phenomenal day for you?A big thing, alittle thing? How much different would your answer have been at 16 or 26 or 36?Isn't it interesting how what's important to us and what brings us happiness changes over the years? How many of us at 30 would have thought we would have been kicking such butt with our workouts? How many of us at 16 would have thought a message board would have added so much to our lives?I think one wonderful thing that comes with age is realizing what really matters and finding joy in the simplest things.Another thing is realizing that we hold the power to bring ourselves true happiness. We can decide to be happy or not. To go after what we want to to let it slip by.I think at our age we truly know how much power we have to make our lives, our days and each moment what we want them to be.
What's up for today?Working out?Anything new? Big weekend plans?15 min projects?
Have a Phenomenal Day!!!!

What would it take to make me happy today? How about AF leaving and taking this headache with her? How about 10 degrees cooler and drier? Those seem like small requests. I'm not greedy.
I'm working out tonight. No distractions on the way home from work this evening, so I'll be able to hit the dungeon before 7 for a good workout and then prepare dinner while DH is doing his workout. We'll be eating late, but that's a fact of our lives, and especially with no place to rush to tomorrow, it's fine. More finned friends for dinner -salmon; I prefer it broiled, but since I'm not turning the stove on again until November, Mr. Foreman will be assisting in the kitchen!
My task this evening while watching the Olympics highlights? Weed out the catalogs. It seems like I just did that, but the container I keep them in is overflowing again. Christmas must be coming.....
Have a great day, everyone!

No big plans here, though I'm taking a basic photography course on Saturday through the retailer that sold me my camera. I've got some coupons for free classes, so I might as well take advantage of it. Church Sunday, choir resumes.
Tonight, I'm making a pizza, with fresh ingredients on the store-bought crust. I got skunky beer to go with it (it was on sale - never tried this label before, and never again!). Might be a bad girl and make brownies this weekend. I just read about the good qualities of chocolate in a Prevention flyer, and that's all the excuse I need!
