~~Wooly Bully Wednesday~~

Can you guys believe it it Wednesday already again???Not only that but Wed. August 25th???Where has the month and year for that matter gone???We are only 4 months out from Christmas!

There is a song caled "Wolly Bully" on my step tape.I don't really like the song but I'm so happy when I hear it because I know it's almost over.LOL Yesterday I realized though how much I love working out, or actually how much I love running.I was in a lousy mood and my first thought was that a run would really help. And it did.I think the key to any successful exercise program is finding what you love, what works for you.Even just the average day can take alot out of a person. It's important that we find ways to put back what the day takes out.Counteract the stress that any or most days hold.Sometimes it's a good workout. Sometimes it might be a phonne call or a cup of coffee with a good friend.Sometimes it might be as simple as 15 mins of quiet time by yourself.Make sure that no mater how busy or how crazy life gets you find time for the things you enjoy, the things you love.

So what's up with everyone today?Grace, thinking about you today.I know everything will go well.Deb, hope the problems with the wedding dresses are getting straightened out.Rhonda, I've been thinking alot about your post about having to go back to work.I know it must be an overwhelming thought at times. But I also know if anyone can do it and do well at it you can.

Hope everyone has a Wonderful Wednesday!!

Miss P

Happy to see you post, Susan. You're missed when you're not here.

Sorry to hear your advice has been falling on deaf ears. I've found that people often just want a sounding board and a reinforcement of their views rather than advice. It is frustrating when they act as though they do want your honest input.

Glad to hear you've been taking your walks and have made such progress toward your garage sale. I'd think that feels really good.

Let us know how you like the Yoga demo.

Thanks, Lori. Sounds as though you had a fun evening last night. Sure beats bathing the dogs!

I'm with you about fall!

The walk along the river sounds like the perfect way to spend a lunch break.

Rhonda-

Since you are considering going back to work why not go into business for yourself and use the talents you have.

Danny's PT evaluation was today - he had a pretty, tall, blonde & young therapist evaluate him. She will start him on a program of stretching, inversion table & exercises probably beginning next week. This Friday is out as I have a meeting early Fri. a.m. - this job has more meetings!!!

Steinmart is getting their fall clothing, shoes & Christmas home accessories out! Remember I emailed you about the Red Hat Society I asked to join & that I bought a red hat at Steinmart? Well, I'm going to a local chapter's (Chattie Hatties) tea on Sept. 13! I need to find a pink hat, though, since they encourage ladies to wear that until turning 50. Need something lavender, too. Will hit the thrift shops! I'm looking forward to having fun with the ladies. I will be the only pinkie there, though. Oh well . . . I love to play dress up! They're going to Orlando for a Red Hat Society convention in Dec. I think - that would be fun! Wish I could do that!
